Jyoti Manekar's Online Review Report Card

Referred to Dr Manekar for weight loss. She may be great with many but I found her to be a bully. Had no weight loss results after 2 years. Does not listen well. Had her own agenda and never listened to my concerns. Not all patients fit the cookie cutter mold.

I was very lucky to have gotten an appointment with her for weight loss when I did as I was put on a 6 month waiting list and luckily she had a cancelation. I really liked her she listened to my concerns and spent time with me. She did a thorough exam put me on a weight loss plan and in 3 months I have lost 20 lbs. Yes I would highly recommend this Physician.

Worst doctors experience ever! Took my 92 year old grandmother to Dr. Manekar! Her appointment was at 10am they told us to come 15 minutes early so we did! We got called back at 10am waited in the waiting room for the doctor over an hour and a half! When the doctor did come back she told my grandmother to put on one of those paper gowns! Said she’d be back in a few min! After waiting over and hour I opened the door told the nurse my grandmother was ready and she said oh the doctor is seeing the patient in the room across from you! I was like SERIOUSLY! This is uncalled for her the AMA needs to reevaluate this lady!

The Flowery Branch Office, and Dr Manekar were recommended to me over 6 years ago, and I have been a satisfied patient ever since. From the Front door ladies that get you started, through to Check out, Nothing but Knowledgeable, Caring, and Professionalism from this Staff. Thanks for all you do. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.☆☆☆☆☆.

Needs to be reevaluated by the AMA! Very disrespectful to a patient who has waited over an hour and a half for her to come in!

I have been going to Dr. Manekar for many years and she is the best! Very patient, knowledgeable, and concerned about her patients. She takes her time and listens to all of my concerns. Some reviews are complaining that she wouldn't refill their prescriptions. If you are looking for someone who doesn't care about you and is willing to supply your habit, find another provider.

After months of having a terrible experience with another doctor, I switched to Dr. Manekar. Within the first month, my condition improved dramatically. Eight months later, I have had amazing results and my health has drastically improved. I highly recommend Dr. Manekar, she is light years ahead of my last doctor who was too full of herself to actually listen to what I was going through.

Worst experience at a doctor's office ever. Called ahead and was told they verified my insurance. Turns out my insurance doesn't cover the codes they use. Waited one hour and 45 minutes for her to even come in the room. She didn't listen to a word I said, and didn't do any testing (which is what I called ahead to make sure she would do). So now I have a bill to pay myself for her doing absolutely nothing. And by the way...she also made up things she did in my chart so she could charge more. Things we didn't even speak about.

My experience with Dr manekar has been nothing but positive. I think she has been quite helpful and accurate at diagnosing my problems. I have been seeing her now for at least five years.

Waited one hour and 45 minutes to be seen. Overbilled for things we didn't even discuss. Didn't verify my insurance properly so turns out charges weren't covered. Didn't listen to me at all and didn't do any of the lab testing I wanted and called ahead to verify she would do. Awful!
