Charlton County is a joke I had an appointment called to verify lady couldnt find it said I can do a walk in if there before 1030 I drove 30mins got there and she said sorry doctor cant see you hes not feeling well.Bs😡if you aint related your screwed place is a joke save your gas and frustration trust me

one star from me and I didnt even GET to see a doctor My rating is based on the schedulersoffice staff. When I called I could hear an attitude in her voice when I called to book it.....Then someone called me 15 min before my appt and left a message that the appt. was cancelled. I was all ready in a parking space by then I called and left a message to rebook and no one NO ONE bothered to call me back to rebook. So thats a red flag for me I guess they dont want me business will find someone who does.

Absolutely WORST experience I have EVER had at any medical facility The staff is completely unprofessional and downright RUDE Apparently also incompetent with scheduling appointments I wouldnt recommend this office to my worst enemy They have no business calling themselves medical professionals.

I have never experienced such unhelpful medical staff. If you do not want to help people find a position where you do not have to perform any customer service. Whoever answers the phone was rude unhelpful made me feel horrible about my situation. No initiative was taken by the office to let me know that they were not able to verify my insurance. They couldnt verify my insurance because they were looking up the incorrect insurance even though they had the correct information. They were going to let me drive over an hour to find out that I wasnt going to be able to afford the appointment because of the insurance. Find a different dentist. These people will only make you feel horrible for wanting to be seen.

Came here as a first visit I have Medicaid so I can only see certain providers. I’m 7mo pregnant. Had a filling that cracked and nerve exposed so I made a appt. First time they said 4 days to get me in called back and they got me in next day. Got seen and did Xrays dentist looked and said yes it’s partially exposed and the filling is cracked but it’s not urgent to repair now. Next appt is 2.5mo away. That same night the whole filling fell out. Looking for another dentist since they don’t seem to find it urgent and then want to expose me to infection. Nice office and friendly staff but will not return. The scheduler will schedule you and then have to rebook because staff aren’t working certain days how do you not know that in the first place. Will be looking for a new dentist.
