Be aware of their bait and switch. In April 2019 I had an appointment for my annual wellness visit. With my insurance there is no out of pocket charge. When I checked out, there was no mention of a co-pay. They said I didn't owe anything. Now in 2021 I receive a bill for a $25 for an office visit! Mind you, no one goes past the receptionist without paying any co-pay. NOW they say "you talked to the PA (never saw Dr. Andrews) about something not associated with your wellness visit." which made it an office visit. I only answered the questions the PA asked me. Since I wasn't having any medical problems there wasn't anything to talk about. It appears the PA/nurse, doctor will ask questions, when answered, it becomes an office visit (illness)! Seems a bit unethical. Very disappointing.

Used to care for patients, their needs and concerns. Now nope, all they really want is the insurance money.

Dr. Andrews is a fine physician. The staff is deficient. Will not answer phone, no VM, no email, dinky patient portal. Must stop by to make appt. Must pay copay when signing in then wait for hours. I have walked out and just left the $20. Often send the wrong Rx to the wrong pharmacy. They wait months to file ins then gross-up the charges for services never provided. If you complain, they send a letter firing you as a patient.

Took my Mother there for years and it was a horrible experience until I had enough. Never any results. I would make the first appointment in the morning and the Doctor was late all the time. For an entire year she would schedule my mother an appointment every 30 days until I got smart!

Dr. Faith Andrews and her team have been taking care of me for many years. I am grateful for their friendly, caring, professional and expert approach to patient care. The staff is one of a kind. I have much trust and confidence in Dr. Andrews because, she listens and always responds to my concerns. Dr. Andrews is very thorough, informative and most pleasant. I appreciate her being available to me 24/7 if I have an emergency.

Dr Andrews I've seen maybe twice in over going to her for 5 years. Her assistant doctors have been great. Her office staff really needs to be changed up. They're rude, think they know you more than you know you, called up there many times to find out about a medicine that was supposed to have been called in for me and never got results. Last time I called I was put on hold over 20 minutes finally just hung up. I'm searching for a new doctor now.

Never answer the phones! Been calling for a week and no one picks up.

I am so glad I was referred to Dr. Andrews’ office! The staff was professional from the first phone call. The staff is personal and that puts you at ease. I REALLY appreciated how quick and painless my blood sample was taken. (I had to do give twice for additional testing and didn’t even mind...which is a big deal for ME LOL)

I have gone to Dr. Andrews for years! She is the best! She gives great advice plus she actually cares...
