I have great experience with both Dr.s on staff they do not make you feel uncomfortable with any problems I was upset when I could not see them during Covid I was mistreated by Gresham rd Dr. Returned and welcomed with beautiful smiles.. no insurance no problem they will work it out on payment plans can’t ask much .. been dealing with Southside Medical since 2016 Forrest Park , Atlanta and Lovejoy are the best…but my pick Forrest Park..thank you

Staff is extremely rude!!! Wait is always 3-4 hrs or more. Always have to come back the next day to get refills. Very unprofessional!!

Today I had a 2:30 telemedicine appointment. 2:30 came and went. My appointment was with PA Adams. I called and I am told he see his patients at the clinic first then he does his telemedicine appointments. That was never discussed with me prior. It's now 8:07 pm no telemedicine. My previous appointment was around 2:30 with guess PA Adams. I was seen so late that I got home after 6 pm. This location has to do better by it's patients. And I am laying here in severe pain. Took an 800 mg Ibuprofen and have moist heat on the area

I had an appointment for 10.30 am, got there at 10.24 am. Sign in then sat down for 30 min., when the front call my name to let me know that my daughter is a new patient so I have to fill out a new form that I fill out for new patient and pay my co pay. It's 11.45 am she haven't been seen yet. There are a lot of talking with employees. Southside Medical Center you have to do better than that with service. Very disappointed in your service.

My boyfriend waited a hour in a half just for a nurse to give him a paper saying nothing wrong with his neck. In which he waited 2 weeks just to see someone about it.

I had an appointment for 8:45 and sat in waiting room for 15 min and got called in. After checking weight and blood pressure, she said the doctor will be right with you and I sat there for 2 hours and 30 minutes. Yes, I kept asking when will I be seen and the girls kept telling me that I'm next and that I will be seen in a few minutes. I cannot believe that had me sitting there waiting on top of freezing my butt off.

Much better experience than the Riverdale office. The ladies were pleasant and quick. I will be making this my main office from here on out.

the nurses are the worst thing in that place my mom needs medicine and they don't send the prescription to the pharmacy and they still get upset because my dad goes and please tell them if they can help him, and besides they don't give him any more refills in medicine and They still get upset I put a zero.

Had 10:15am appointment, was not seen until 1:30pm. Longest time I've ever had to wait at any medical facility in my entire life including my emergency room experiences. Staff and Physician Assistant were friendly. Covid19 protocols were in place, clean open waiting room area, tv viewing, and children play area. Everything but the waiting was great.
