The director Chris was absolutely rude to my fiance this morning. She was super condescending when my fiance was truthful about her drug use and was not sympathetic when it came to her missing days due to a fever. She followed procedure during a pandemic and stayed home like they tell her. To say " that's what they all say" when being honest about drug use is so rude. You don't treat people in recovery like this. If you are so miserable with your job then get a new job but don't say you are a drug consoler when you can't even console people with addiction with sympathy and decency. You are no better than any of your customers and coming off the way you did today was so unprofessional. You are supposed to be the setting example as the director and your represntation of the clinic is that of someone who is judgemental and hostile. You made a girl who turned to your clinic for help feel absolutely terrible and hurt with your attitude. At least you owe her an apology for being rude and spiteful. No matter how you feel or bad your day is going, you don't take it out on a recovering addict who pays money daily to seek the help she needs. Inexcusable Chris, you need to reexamine your approach to the people who provide you with a job and just want to be treated with decency.

Best methadone clinic around by far, absolutely no waitin in lines to dose never there langer then 10 minutes and thats including seeing my counselor and taking a drug test before dosing, so its great.

I never knew somewhere like this would be so amazing and helpful. I am a single mother with a 2 year old, I work part-time, and im a college student. I have wellcare as my insurance and I have struggled for years with addiction. They are fast, and understanding. You never feel like you are being judged. With having wellcare my treatment is covered 100% and if I had known it would be this easy and supportive I would have went sooner.
