My Mom is a patient. The doctors and staff at this facility are compassionate and caring. But their call center/ answering service is rude and have no business being in the medical field. She has dealt with this for the past few months. She feels like the answering service is making decisions for the patients and doctors.

Dr. Hollie is a very nice person who listens to you. Very patient. His staff is wonderful. I had an allergy test done. It wasn't as bad as you may imagine because the only thing I'm allergic to is grass pollen! He wanted me to take allergy shots every week for, I think, 1 yr. Then every 2 weeks for another year. Add 1 more yr.The test spot on my arm for grass stayed red, swollen, and itchy for 3 weeks. I decided if a test would do that - what would weekly shots do?I decided to go for the Zyrtec.They do great. Highly recommend.
