I was recently hospitalized with a small perforation in my large intestines. Dr. Bell was one of my doctors. I found her to be very tentative to my care and answered all my questions even when the surgeon didn't. She was one of the few at Northeast Georgia in Braselton who had caring bedside manners and wasn't rude or acted like taking care of me was a burden. I wish she was my primary doctor as doctors like her are hard to find.

Dr. Bell’s bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired to the point where she comes across as being extremely rude. She lacks the ability to discuss /explain basic test results to patients and their caregivers. The more questions I asked the more rude she became. Through the course of the conversation I realized that Dr. Bell hadn’t bothered to read history notes in the file. Who calls a caregiver to discuss a patient without taking 5 minutes to read through the chart and familiarize yourself with important details? I’ve had to take the test results ordered by Dr. Bell to another doctor to get basic questions answered about the results.
