Was told 4 mins wait on temperature they didn’t do then was told he put in another cup and didn’t wait the 4 mins again and then dumped my sample and was told to give another sample to make a great day go horribly wrong fast they said refused a test then sent to the federal gov saying I refused to give sample. This place is a joke then guy wanted to watch me after he pats me down well I felt violated and this will be not the end of this

From start to finish ARC was top notch! We had search all over for a company that we felt comfortable with that could assure us that we would have our Covid tested results back quickly. There are many place that could do the test but when we would say, “when could we expect our results?” Other companies would say, “we have to tell you 3-5 days but they’ve been coming back soon.” We couldn’t trust that especially with us having to test on a Friday for our flight out of the country on Tuesday morning early. From the 1st time I spoke to Ann on the phone till the time we had our results, her service was phenomenal. This company is top notch and we will definitely be using them for all of our testing needs!

Very impressed! We had a tight window to get a PCR COVID test done for travel out of the country. Ann went above and beyond to get the samples to the lab quickly and, even though it was her day off, made sure we got the results back in time and processed all the paperwork we would need for the trip. Thank you Ann!

HORRIBLE. Don’t go here unless you enjoyed being treated like trash. Only one woman working, and she is the rudest person I’ve ever met. Just trying to get a drug screen done for work and she yelled that I should have made an appointment and to get outside. Talking to me like a dog. Absolutely ridiculous.
