I expected a conversation that I need to quit smoking and I was open too it. I've had many surgeries so it's co.monDr Jacob informed me he COULD do my surgery but I WON'T! He was condescending with no bedside manner. Never smiled once! I would not let him operate on me!I have some wonderful doctors, but he's not one of them.

I recently had Spinal Decompression Surgery after Having severe back issues and pain for 25 years... Dr Jacob and His assistant PA Rachel Bennett performed the surgery...After only two weeks the pain has been greatly reduced....I am very happy to highly recommend Dr. Jacob and PA Bennett...They were extremely professional and caring, as were the support at their office in Braselton, Ga.

Dr Jacob paid close attention to my symptoms and my current imaging. He performed my surgery and I am happy to report that I am completely pain free. He is an amazing surgeon and completely answered my every question. I feel blessed.

After having met with an accident in 2013 I was crippled and down on a wheel chair as a result of a shattered spine and severe brain injury.I underwent several surgeries but was still unable to walk and the pain unbearable.In 2015 I met with Dr Jacob and oct he performed a reconstructive spine surgery on me.I came into the hospital crippled but I walked out from there on my own feet These are the miracles that they talk about.Today I wake up each morning thanking God and Dr. Jacob.God Bless him.

Dr. Arun Jacob did both of my back surgeries in one day, back in 2014. My back was back to normal for the first time, after recovery, after about two years of pain and numbness in both back and legs. He was very polite, educational, and did an awesome job!

This was the absolute worst experience with a Dr. I have ever had. Dr. Jacob first walks into the room holds out his hand for you to shake it then instead of a real handshake he grabs your hand with his pointing finger. Don't shake hands at all if that is what you plan to do. He refused to listen to me, had absolutely no compassion, no sympathy, nothing. Stated the problem sent me to other people and left the room. I tried to ask questions he was completely put off by anything I asked him. Isn't my right to ask questions about my care?
