Wonderful and professional place!
First I was seeing Dr. Windham. He sent me for tests and left the practice without ever calling with the result. I had to call and get set up with a different physician in the group in order to get those results. I started seeing Dr. McCutchen. She also sent me for more testing. When I went in for results, she literally had the door open and one foot out. She would not answer my questions. I have called the office manager multiple times. She is also no help. This practice does not care for their patients.
Maybe I’m high class or whatever you want to call it but I don’t not think it’s sanitary at all for the lab to rinse cups out in the sink they wash their hands in then fill that cup with water from the same sink to mix the medicine your supposed to drink. Like damn I could have brought a bottle of water🤮🤮🤮🤮.
Dr. McCutchen and her staff are the best! Very caring and understanding. Had a bad reaction to a procedure and they took excellent care of me, making sure I was ok and had everything I needed. I cant say enough how wonderful they are.
Dr. Windham is wonderful but his staff is impossible to get in contact with. A voicemail box is not set up to leave messages. I've called multiple times over the past several days and have yet to get in contact with his nurse to have my prescription refilled.
Sorriest practice that anyone can use. Can't get anything correct. Takes over an hour to see a nurse when you have an appointment nor can anyone keep track of procedures. When you do get to finally see the Dr she's only in the exam room for a maximum of 10 minutes. And when you make a complaint and are told that you will get a call from the Patient Coordinator they call a whole different practice.
Had to get a colonoscopy during the pandemic so my doctor recommended this location which is near The hospital in Gainesville just down the street in an office complex so not directly in the hospital. What a great staff. Never like getting these anyway but they made me feel comfortable and at home and I was able to cut up with them a bit as a prep me for the procedure well keeping the office safe during the pandemic with limited patients having exposure around each other.Arrived an hour early and filled out the paperwork I got called in a little early to meet with the anesthesiologist and will review the protocols and procedures. Excellent staff made me feel comfortable and I never was excited or stressed but what was about to come. I always love it when the anesthesiologist says you can count back from 100 and you really don't even make 99 so I was happy to wake up after the procedure only taking 20 minutes to complete and another 15 minutes for the anesthesia to wear off so I could leave. My son waited in the car as all other drivers or people waiting were forced to do to keep the lobby area clear of crowds. We were right next to Zaxby's so he simply grabbed a bite to eat waited in the car and I was out in short time and on the way home. I had no uncomfortable experiences and waited in till the next day to eat a pretty good meal because I was starving!I haven't got the bill yet but regardless this was a great staff great location very clean very happy with their service. Highly recommend!
Love all the folks there! Great Dr.s too.
This group is horrible! I had a bad CT scan and MRI (masses on my spleen). I made 3 appointments and each time I went for my appointment, I was told the doctor had an emergency. Each time I was given the same story. Each time they claimed to have tried to call me, but couldn't leave a voicemail because my mailbox was full---according to them. They did not call and my voicemail box is never full. They even shredded my CT scan before instead of returning it. The doctor's nurse lied and was very rude when I tried to schedule my first appointment. This happened at the Gainesville office and the Braselton office. I would not recommend this group to anyone!
My boyfriend was diagnosed with Crohns at this office. Dr. Wyndam performed the colonoscopy and we had several meetings with him.Go to this Dr. Office if you want to have a dr who does not check in on you, does not seem concerned about you in any way, and who has an assistant who does not speak english very well. Not her fault, and she does her best, but if you're in a setting that consistently gives people BAD NEWS maybe you should have someone who speaks english clearly be the drs assistant. Not to mention they do not get back to you in a timely manner.Forgot to add! We asked for a BASIC list of safe medications he can take, like tylenol, etc and NEVER GOT IT. I really feel like that is unacceptable! You went to medical school for HOW LONG??? And you can't even take the time to help us out with some basic information!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
