Dr. Grunch is the quintessential neurosurgeon !She performed lumbar surgery and I walked out of the surgery center completely pain free! She is compassionate And always takes time to listen.I was so impressed with her that my daughter came from Florida to have neck surgery, and also was pain free upon leaving the surgery center.A five star rating doesn’t begin to describe how good she is. My name is Joy Singh. I have had 3 surgeries by Dr. Grunch in the last 3 years. I love her honesty, positive attitude and her willingness to listen and take action when needed. I had scoliosis surgery on 10/4/18 and 10/5/18. Each day was about 8 hours of surgery to correct my scoliosis (of 40+ years). I had a 53 degree curve that she was able to correct to a 6 degree curve, fused my back and place rods in my back. I am doing fantastic and I am SO Greatful for her amazing skills. I feel like I have a new life without all the pain I had for 40+ years. She realized I needed carpal tunnel surgery at my 2 year scoliosis check-up so this year I had both wrists corrected by her. I am so grateful she really listens to her patients. She changed my life!!!

I saw Dr. Grunch in October 2020 to discuss surgical options for my severe and sometimes debilitating low back/left hip pain, after almost 2 years of treatment with physical therapy, injections and meds. She noticed right away on my Xrays that I had some scoliosis (either dismissed or not seen as a significant finding by two prior doctors) and after a very thorough interview and physical exam, concluded that my issue was classic S-I joint disfunction which is common with scoliosis, and not so much a neurological issue. She referred me to an amazing PT facility specializing in S-I joint rehab. I've seen some very slow progress, but it's more progress than I've seen in the last 2 years. What impressed me the most about Dr. Grunch is her non-surgical conservative approach to my treatment plan. She could have easily signed me up for spinal surgery, after all that's what she does. I'm still following up with Dr. Grunch as surgery may still be a necessity in the future. But I do know that if it does come down to surgical treatment for my condition, that I am in the best hands I can be in. Thank you Dr. Grunch for giving me light at the end of the tunnel!

I am truly excited to have Dr Grunch as my surgeon. I have been looking for a surgeon who would help me for many years.I was referred to her by other physicians to her for scoliosis surgery. I am finally scheduled to have scoliosis surgery in October to straighten my spine. Dr. Grunch and her staff have been so kind and helpful. UPDATE 15 MONTHS LATER. STILL LOVE LOVE DR. GRUNCH AND HER STAFFTEAM. SHE TOOK MY BACK FROM A 53 DEGREE CURVE TO A 6 DEGREE CURVE.
