List of Braxton B Turner's Reviews
Dr Turner is the best pain managementDoctor there is. I have been going.toHim over ten years. Not one complaint.Knows his job very well.it
Since moving to Georgia from Wisconsin I found a doctor that truly listens and helps with advice treatment and goals to set I am truly impressed
Dr. Turner and his staff are so professional and friendly. My spinal injections for ruptured discs have helped tremendously I highly recommend this office
My 91 year old father was in there last week. He has been very cautious about not exposing himself to the coronavirus. I assured him a medical office would be taking every precaution. The man who took his blood pressure was NOT wearing a mask Said it was in his car Well clearly there is very little regard for keeping patients safe. Oh and the doctor was out because he has been tested for having the virus. THIS IS INEXCUSABLE I guess you figure if my dad dies it is just another old person you wont have to deal with anymore. PATHETIC
Dr Turner is a tremendous doctor The problem is you CANNOT get an appointment to see any of the providers If you miss an appointment for any reason you may be looking at 3060 days for a new appointment. My question is WHAT IS A PERSON TO DO???? GREAT DOCTORS YOU JUST HAVE TO BE HOUDINI
My husband and myself have been patients of Dr. Turners for about nine years. He is not only a great doctor but a great person. We have come to love him and his staff very much. He is one of the most caring doctors we have ever known. He takes time to listen to you and then to find the best way to help you. Thank you Dr. Turner Cindy and the rest of the staff. Linda and John Rogers
Dr. Braxton Turner is without question an exemplary physician and personally my favorite medical professional. I genuinely look forward to our appointments. I have a chronic lower back issue which an MRI showed as bilateral L5 nerve abutment. Dr. Turner explained that confusing medical jargon in a simple manner as essentially the nerve being “butted up against” the bone through which it’s supposed to run. Over time this rubbing and irritation contributes to inflammation and you guessed it a significant degree of pain.I was referred to Braxton Bailey Turner III let’s be honest what a name by my father who is also a patient of his. He had said of Turner that he is down to earth and a doc with whom it was easy to speak which isn’t a common trait among specialists. He was right. Furthermore Dr. Turner spends a considerable amount of time with each patient and invests in each to get to know them on an individual level. While I’m not seen by Braxton every time he does make sure to engage me at least once during every visit. I have had multiple SNRB injections various exercises and suggestions for lifestyle changes that can aid in reducing pain. However most of the time I experience pain of 46 on a scale of 10 the frequency being on average 45 out of 7 days per week. For this pain I’m prescribed 7.5mg Vicoprofen HydrocodoneIbuprofen 3x daily if needed and 350mg Soma Carisoprodol 3x daily if needed. Normally these two medications 90 count per 30 days relieve the entirety of my pain and I have no need for refills in between my regular 6 or 12 week visits. That there is an opioid epidemic in this country is common knowledge and a horrible nightmare for so many individuals and families. The common news cycle depicts folks from all walks of life who start with legally prescribed opiatesopioids develop dependency andor addiction are suddenly cut off and then swap to heroin these tales seem to be the norm. And it’s awful. However there is also a pain epidemic that has not been adequately and appropriately treated let alone researched. Funding for new analgesics which display low to negligible dependence liabilities needs to be significantly increased. But in the meantime qualified medical professionals specializing in pain management like Dr. Turner are beyond needed and appreciated. Certainly these medications can be risky for certain populations... but their abuse should not deter proper use and should not dissuade prescriptions from being written.TLDR All this to say Dr. Braxton Turner is a fantastic professional for whom I am unequivocally grateful. He is caring compassionate understanding willing to help those in pain by way of careful medication usage and a great communicator. Ganbei.

Dr Turner is a friendly competent doctor I only wish his office were the same. The majority of his patients are elderly and all in pain of course but they have to wait at least an hour to see him we have waited 2. When you call for information they never return your call within 24 hours and when they do they do not return with a followup answer. They are a very inconsiderate staff. Their first and only concern is themselves and the amount of work they have. The patient comes second

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
