Dr. Cobb saved my life. He is extremely knowledgeable and cares about his patient. I highly recommend him!
The staff are always helpful with a smile on their face. Dr. Cobb has taken care of my Mom & Dad, Brother, Husband and myself. I would give him a 10+
Probably the worst neurologist I’ve seen. I wonder if he could care any less?
Dr. Cobb was rude, dismissive, and belligerent to a 16 year old child whose life is being derailed by the problem we saw him to address. He appeared to make up his mind immediately that her problem was depression and anxiety, and no amount of pointing him to symptoms that indicated otherwise could get him to refocus on the actual problem. He told her the necessary preliminary steps to testing would take at least two months. We made an appointment with a sleep center in Alpharetta two weeks letter, and the preliminary steps were begun the following day.
From scheduling, check in, medical evaluation and consultation, everyone was great! They all were prompt, respectful, and super friendly. Thanks to Dr. Cobb, I am physically and mentally active in my 70s.
You’ll die of the slowest growing brain tumor before this office will call you back or schedule an appointment even when you keep telling them that you DO have a referral (for Dr. Cobb specifically) AND your insurance doesn’t even require referrals for specialist appointments 🙄🙄🙄 .
Dr. Cobb is amazing. He listens to his patients concerns and explains things clearly. It's hard to find a specialist that takes patient concerns seriously, but he does. The whole staff was great too.
Terrible. Almost 4 weeks to get results, then staff argued with me that the results I saw weren’t “real” results. I would shy away from this physician. Never even saw the “doctor.”
I hate leaving bad reviews… …truly, I do, and I am always one to give the biggest benefit of the doubt. I really wanted to believe I just caught this doctor on a bad day, as we all have those. However, after reading other reviews once I arrived home from my appointment, I felt very compelled to be honest. I left sobbing (actually, by the time I got to my car, bawling) and hopeless, with absolutely no confidence whatsoever that this doctor heard a word I said. Even if he did listen, I did not feel heard, believed, or understood in the slightest. Despite desperately and urgently needing relief and treatment, I actually decided I would rather wait and endure my physical symptoms to explore other options than feel as horrible as I did emotionally when I left (which of course only makes physical pain so much worse). I would travel any distance and go to great expense for alternatives before returning. He told me I seem normal and maybe have carpal tunnel. I have since had an EMG and I do not. In fact, rather, I have trigeminal pain and myofascial pain. He also told me I could not get injections to treat scalenes here and that I would have to go to Emory…and I have since had that exact treatment by a physician I adore here in Gainesville. He will apply an easy formula to you and not get curious or think outside the box. I sadly cannot trust him and hope to never see him again.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
