Had appt with Dr. Woodbury for a follow-up of ankle MRI, he didn't touch my ankle and said they were referring me out, IT WAS A 10 MINUTE visit. I called once the results of MRI were posted in my chart and was told by Woodbury that I would have to schedule follow-up! Very disappointed.Won't be going back. 😞
Waited for well over an hour before being called back to a room. Dr. Woodbury finally appeared and was dismissive and abrupt. He discounted MRI report findings but did not explain why or offer advice on what the problem is. His NP and nurse were more helpful than he was.
I waited >1 hour in the waiting room before being called back. Dr. Woodbury was apparently training a new NP and didn’t allocate sufficient time for that. The person who checked in for Dr. Woodbury just ahead of me gave up and left in disgust. If I hadn’t driven 1.5 hours to get there I would have done the same. I was finally seen by Dr. Woodbury about 90 minutes past my arrival time. I brought an MRI disc & report with me, but he immediately discounted the report findings, without explaining why or offering alternative explanations for my leg pain. It seemed as though once he figured out there wasn’t a hip replacement needed, he tuned out and was ready to leave the room. He recommended that I see one of the neurosurgeons in their group, which I’ll do, but only because I still need an answer. I hope that she’ll be more helpful.
Partial knee surgery 9 weeks ago. I am very pleased with the results. Walking without pain and have a full range of motion. Everything I hoped for. Dr. Woodbury and his staff are a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Planning on having my other knee done in a few months and wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else. Thank you Dr. Woodbury and staff.
Dr. Woodberry is a very professional, dedicated and caring doctor and surgeon. I am terribly impressed with my surgery and followup. Highly recommend Dr. Woodbury and his Staff to everyone.
I'm very pleased with the outcome of my knee replacement surgery and Dr. Woodbury and staff has been wonderful to work with. Having had 5 procedures in the past on my knee, I was worried at what results I would have. I can't explain how much better I feel and the time and care that they took for me is a game changer for my active life. He is straightforward, yet caring and I appreciate that in a doctor.
Awesome Doctor, Great Surgeon! Very Well Pleased with the way my Hip surgery went, hardly any scaring, all I could say about my surgery is Wow, & Thank You
In early March I visited my primary care physician, Dr. Alisa Davis with The Longstreet Clinic, regarding some ankle pain and swelling that I was experiencing. Dr. Davis immediately ordered X-rays followed by an MRI. After which I was referred to Dr. David Woodbury with The Longstreet Clinic's Orthopedic department. Dr. Woodbury was very thorough in explaining my injury and what his thoughts were on the best way to proceed which would include surgery. My husband and I had a lot of questions and Dr. Woodbury took the time to answer them all and made certain we felt comfortable with the prognosis. A few short weeks later, Dr. Woodbury performed my surgery at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center. Everyone we encountered that day was truly professional and kind. I was fortunate enough to be sent home the same day. I followed Dr. Woodbury's guidance for the next 6 weeks and was able to begin walking again after that. I also began Physical Therapy at The Longstreet Clinic with Darla Howard who was absolutely amazing. I have since been released from their care and have fully recovered. My ankle feels great and I am so grateful for the awesome care that I received throughout that process. I would highly recommend Dr. Woodbury and his team!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
