Dev Mangalat's Online Review Report Card

Last December I had several vein procedures with Dr Mangalat at the Longstreet Clinic. From the front desk to surgery team everybody was extremely professional and caring. All my questions were taking in consideration and answered prior and during the procedures which made me feel very relaxed and confident about not only Dr Mangalats medical skills but also his entire team. The anesthesiologist team listen to my concerns and adapted the meds accordling. The procedures were successful and I have no scars on my legs.I highly recommend this practice. Thank you Dr Mangalat

Dr. Mangalat is very caring. He takes the time to explain everything. He talks with the family after a procedure and thoroughly explains what he did. His staff is also caring and exceptional. Everyone is professional and helpful. My husband and I would highly recommend Dr. Mangalat.

I had an appt today 103117 at 930 am and i arrived early as instructed at 915. I had all my paperwork filled out that i received in the mail. Was checked in and sat down in the waiting area. There were several patients who arrived late for their procedures and they were seen promptly. I waited patiently until almost 10 am. I asked the whitehaired older lady at the front desk check in if I had been forgotten? She stated No that the Dr had just come out of surgery. As far as I know she never bothered to ask anyone she just looked on the computer. I was finally called back at 1030am. An hr past my appt time. The blonde lady that called me back said it was her fault that I had sat in the waiting room for so long she thought I was a surgery patient No I was just there for a consult. I also felt like Dr. Mangalat barely examined me he just talked to me for about 10 mins then said he couldnt help me. Which is fine. I have a very bad back and it hurt me to sit there that long in the waiting area And my home is a 30 min drive from there Im sure Dr Mangalat is prob a great doctor but his staff is lacking in customer service The older white haired lady with glasses at the front check in should have asked someone about me. Instead of assuming that the Dr being in surgery had caused the delay.
