I would leave a zero star if I could!! Had to have a thyroid ultrasound on Friday. Results came through on Friday on MyChart - NO CALL FROM THE DOCTOR!! I called twice and was told “if we have time” we will call before we leave for the weekend. This was a serious ultrasound that I had to wait all weekend to figure out what was wrong. Uploading results in MyChart in doctorate terms is NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Dr. Bahnmiller has taken on my care with great compassion and thorough follow up. She listens, coordinates referrals, and is helping to clarify my complex problems to define the root cause. In the meantime she deals with my symptoms with great patience and expertise. Her staff are exceptional.

I told them I am taking non generic medicine but they still prescribe me generic after calling ten times I still didn’t get my medicine I am going back to my old physician

I am very disappointed with my experience recently. I have been prescribed a certain medication since I was 10 years old went off of it and have been on it for 4+ years consistently now. I am aware that I have to be seen every 6 months to maintain the prescription. I was then told it had to be every 3 months which is completely in the time frame..Now the nurse is telling me I have to be seen every 2 months. For me to go to the doctors office every 8 weeks for a prescription refill is excessive

Office staff and Dr Bahnmiller are all very friendly. They have been very helpful to get all tests I needed done and the required paperwork for the insurance for preauth for surgery quickly. I am very pleased with how easily and quickly I can always get an appointment. Brand new clean office building, love that!!

I have been very disappointed with the timeliness of finding out about tests that o have had done. The office staff is very nice. I like Dr. Bahnmiller as a person but have been dissatisfied with the level of care.
