He was off in another world when I saw him, sitting in chair swinging around like a kid. When discussing my reason to be there he, still in swinging chair, rolling his head around his shoulders. i do not recall much eye contact. Gave obvious message - I don't care. That was enough for me. Walked out of his office and I don't know that he even noticed.

I’m not sure about any of the practitioners except the one I had experience with. I was referred to Dr. Kerrick 2 times by different physicians in the span of 4 years. I suffer from migraines and as such had done extensive research on issues that might be causing them. To a T I could describe my symptoms and triggers, and was positive that what was causing my issues was a herniated disc in my neck. Dr. Kerrick didn’t listen to me. He knew better than I did. He gave me misinformation (the second time I was referred I was pregnant, and he told me they don’t perform MRI’s on pregnant women, though every doctor I’ve ever spoken to since says that that is not true). He refused to listen. He refused to help. After going to my GP again about migraines, he recommended another neurologist. So I went to Dr. Cobb. They looked at my history and ordered an MRI done of my neck pretty immediately, where low and behold, they found it. And it was that easy. All that hassle for nothing.

Only one visit so far but was very impressed with his professional manner. He listened to my problem and past history since this was my first visit with a neurologist. It was obvious he had read the referring physician’s notes. He spent considerable more time with me than I expected. He gave me several options. He set up a test to further be able to diagnose my complicated situation. In the meantime he prescribed a medication that should make living a bit more normal. Very impressed.

Dr. Kerrick pretended to listen to me as a patient, then documented something completely different in my records. I have TN, I’m not interested in brain surgery (MVD) because of the low success rate. 6 out of 10 patients, pain returned in 4 months. Forgive me for not wanting a major brain surgery, that is proven to not be very successful. He acted as if I wasn’t willing to have surgery, there really wasn’t anything else he could do for me. Then, wrote in his notes that I wanted to listen to my support group, over listening to medical professionals. Well, these are real life people living with these results. Permanent facial paralysis, facial numbness, hearing loss, etc…for a surgery that didn’t stop the pain.

BEWARE ! Came in the room and said I can't help you go to ER. So disappointed ! No concern for patient at all. No testing ordered nothing. He better hope and pray nothing happens before another Dr is found. I understand he's had one lawsuit against him already.

I have been a patient of nurse practitioner Ashley Zimmerman since March of 2018. I began seeing her at the neurology office after being diagnosed with epilepsy. There are no words to describe the quality of care that she provides -she is one of the very few medical professionals that actually take time with each patient, and me of course, to listen to our issues. I have never felt like I was being rushed or hurried so that they could get to the next patient. She has spent up to 35 minutes with me at a time. She describes everything in detail and is as thorough as one can be. I wish that she was able to be my primary care physician because I love her so much. By the way, the office staff is incredible and unlike some doctors offices they actually return calls. Highly recommend this office

Have appt at 11:20. Calls me at 11:40 and I'm told he'll call me no later than 20 min from now. Calls me again and says never mind, will call back at 12:30. Its almost 1:30 and still haven't heard back. At work I only took off 11-1pm so he screwed me their. The doctor he replaced was a great doctor.

Been dealing with migraines for years. Dr. Kerrick listened and helped me. When issues arise he will get back with you to help.

I’ve been referred to Dr. Kerrick twice in the past few years for recurring and worsening migraines. I could tell him exactly what the issues were, how they were being triggered and what I thought the problem was. He didn’t listen either time and just dismissed my problems. He once even gave me misleading information about why an MRI couldn’t be performed, which I later confirmed was false. I ended up going to a different neurologist who saw my history and took the time to talk with me. I was scheduled an MRI on my neck within weeks, and they found what I had suspected to be the problem all along. It just makes me sad at how much time I spent in pain and all the things I missed when it could have been prevented, if only he’d have just listened to me.

I’ve seen Dr. Kerrick twice. I was dismissed both times, and even lied to. I was told, as I was pregnant during my second referral, that MRI’s are not performed on pregnant women. This was confirmed to be a lie when I asked my uncle, a radiologist in the same building, and he told me that they do MRI’s on pregnant women all the time. I’ve been living with migraines for 16 years now. Chronic, worsening migraines. I’ve done enough research on my symptoms to know for a fact what had been causing them. And when my GP recommended a neurologist for the 3rd time, I told him anyone but Kerrick. Upon my very first visit with Amy Webber in Dr. Cobb’s practice, I was ordered an MRI on my neck. Surprise of surprises, there is a pinched nerve. I wasted tears over the judgement and dismissal I received from Dr. Kerrick. I knew there was something wrong with me but he knew better than I did. Getting that diagnosis was my AHA! moment, and I wanted to share my story with anyone looking for a doctor to please save yourself the time, money and trouble, and find someone else. You deserve quality care and you will not receive it from him if he decides from the very beginning to dismiss you, as he did me and from the looks of the reviews, quite a few other people. Find a doctor that will listen.
