Completely happy with the visits.

Lesson learned, check reviews. All recent are 1 star and they are correct. I had an initial consult after night in ER due to kidney stone. His recommendation was to give it two weeks to pass and if not pursue other options and possible surgery. No discussion of pain management for the 2 weeks, what to do, possible meds, etc. Over next 3 days with several episodes of intense pain, it was impossible to speak with him, only getting calls back (after begging to see/speak with him) from assistants who did not have answers or able to have a discussion. On 2nd day had high pressure sales for surgery the next morning from assistant. Request to speak with doctor denied. Proper pain meds prescribed, but with no clear instructions or advice on the situation. On 4th day, calling to ask to speak with him again for advice on next 8 days (till next scheduled apt) his assistant told me to goto ER, get 2nd opinion, and my apt was cancelled. DO NOT waste your time with this unprofessional doctor

When I had my appointment I think it was less than 5 minutes that he talked to me. He said I needed a bladder scan but the soonest I could get one was the end of December. I’m having horrible symptoms and it’s obviously not too important to the people in that office.

I went for over a MONTH with a UTI and I wasn't getting any better. Just putting me on antibiotics. Went to a different practice and got the care I needed right away. I was finally got a diagnosis and treatment and I am started feeling better. Thank goodness I went for a 2nd opinion.

After seeing Dr. Patel several times, I started asking questions regarding the recommended treatment. He immediately got increasingly agitated with me and was not interested in answering any of my questions. After a few minutes he appeared to realize how agitated he had become and visibly calmed himself down. I disagreed with his recommended course of treatment and he did not like me doing that at all. I have since gone to a different urologist, who suggested taking a less aggressive approach; she recommended a preventative approach as the next step. Be wary and get a second opinion. And try asking him questions and note his reaction. I am so glad I went elsewhere.

Dr. Patel is an outstanding urologist. He made me feel secure and comfortable with a rather embarrassing and sensitive condition. Outstanding clarity and bedside manners. Knowledge and to the point, but also takes the time to make you feel totally at ease. Can’t give him enough stars.

Totally wonderful. Love him & his team. Nurse is very understanding. Dr Patel takes time to listen. Just wonderful. Have an appointment soon. P

Dr PATEL IS AMAZING ! He takes care of my Mother , father in law and ME. I highly recommend this Urologist without reservation. He is very professional , courteous, and incredibly smart.

Dr. Patel was able to make a differential diagnosis for me and determined my real problem. I highly recommend him.
