List of Mark Davidson Md's Reviews
Best GI doc in town. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and experienced. His staff are all wonderful too. I'm very glad that I decided to come here and I recommend Dr. Davidson to anyone!
I'm feeling very conflicted bc I really loved Dr. Davidson but his office manager, Julie, is a raging b*!#h. She's the only reason I'm rating him a 2 out of 5 stars. Dr. Davidson was kind, intelligent, funny, knowledgeable, and asked a lot of questions to fully understand my case. I really appreciated him and how he works. His office manager, Julie, was sooooo rude and curt. She acted like we were an inconvenience to her and bothering her. She didn't want to help the patients and would answer in quick responses with a lot of sighs and rolling eyes. She was even obviously VERY rude to her other coworkers. The tension she created, with her horrible manners, made the office feel palpable with discomfort. She was so rude to one of the nurses in front of the patients! I can't understand how an amazing doctor would hire such a horrible person to manage his office..? Now I'm left with the conflicting feelings of wanting to continue seeing Dr. Davidson but wanting NOTHING to do with that witch. I'm not sure I can continue being his patient if Julie is there though. Such a shame.
The staff was nice and I didn't have to wait for long to get into see Dr Davidson. His exam took about 13 seconds, I was diagnosed with the most vague and general gastritis, and sent away to do a H pylori test. No other advice given. Here's why I give 1 star: Quest Diagnostics Lab, where you have to drop off your sample, is a nightmare. They expect you to check in and wait for over 2 hours before you can drop off a sample. There's no way I'm going to sit in an airless room with the possibility of catching Covid or monkey pox only to hand someone a sample. The clue is in the name 'drop off.' So my stomach pain will continue until I find a better GI doctor who doesn't use Quest Diagnostics lab.
Dr. Davidson is incredible! I've been dealing with acid reflux off and on for over a decade, taking serious medications like proton pump inhibitors to combat symptoms. After one appointment with Dr. Davidson, he was able to suggest simple lifestyle and dietary changes that completely cured me of my symptoms. Wish I went to him years ago! Thanks, Dr. Davidson!
After being referred to several different doctors over the years for severe stomach pain ,and getting no relief, I finally just looked online and found Dr Davidson. He was close and his credentials looked good. I made an appointment for the next day which was amazing. He suggested I stop taking Advil and that he do a colonoscopy which he did. But what no other doctor had discovered, he tested for and I was positive. He prescribed 3 drugs and after a week, I feel like a whole new person. I can not even tell you how much this has changed my life. His office staff is friendly and responsive. Just the best doctor I think I have ever seen. Highly recommend to anyone who is suffering with stomach and gastric issues.
Honestly, this is perhaps the BEST and THOROUGH treatment I have ever had from any physician/specialist. Dr. Davidson was very informative, and he also provided me with clear direction towards improving my overall health. A no brainer for anyone seeking a GI!
Dr. Davidson and his staff are consummate professionals. This is my second time seeing him for a procedure, and minus the awful devil juice for prep , his office made it a breeze. I had the first appointment of the day and I was literally in and done with a colonoscopy in 90 minutes. I encourage you to get the early appointment so you don't have to fast into the day. He's a very well regarded doctor and he actually has a sense of humor if you want to make a joke. You will get reminders for your appointment by text and email, and everything is quite organized. If you have to have someone look at your colon or your esophagus, this just might be your guy.
Dr. Davidson is one of the kindest, most professional doctors I've ever been to. He was very thorough with his treatment plan and always explained the rationale behind what he was suggesting in a way that made sense (instead of just throwing medical jargon at you like some other doctors do). His bedside manner was fantastic. He has a way of making you feel comfortable by telling a timely joke and talking you through the entire process step by step. His diagnosis was on point from the first time I saw him and his carefully curated treatment plan led me to a full recovery. 10/10. Would recommend to a friend. Not to mention, his staff are some of the most compassionate folks I've ever met in a medical facility. Thank you to Julie, Jamie, and the rest of the crew for making me feel so at home in your office.
I have been seeing Dr. D for 8 years. I started with him when I was concerned about digestive issues and he has consistently been attentive and knowledgeable to my issues and my concerns. He treats me as an entire patient, not just a symptom, addressing concerns I might have in advance, preventative care, and genetic issues. I recommend him very highly!
The staff at Dr. Davidson's was knowledgeable and professional. They understood my need for an appointment and worked with me to find a date. They were quick in responding to additional information from another doctor. Dr. Davidson has a warm demeanor and responsive to my problems. He is very easy to communicate with and listens well.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
