The providers at Medlink Gainesville are wonderful, but this is a review of the scheduling process and communication. I arrived at an appointment only to find out that it wasn't in the system, even though I had received text and email notifications. But, my provider wasn't even in the office. I call later that week to make a telehealth appointment. Again, I received text and email notifications confirming my telehealth appointment. The day of, I don't receive my link to log in. I call the office, and the appointment isn't coded as a telehealth appointment on their end. Then, I called to make a follow up appointment, and I am told they don't have access to my provider's schedule. I am told my provider will contact me, and they never did. I don't expect a provider to schedule their own appointments, but that is what I was told. I left a voicemail with the practice manager to give feedback, and I also never received a call back.

Realmente no me gustó la consulta de la Dra María alba. Siento que fue muy tajante y poca empatia. Sin duda no volveré a ir más a este lugar. Principal porque hacen unos exámenes y no te muestran valores solo dice algo normal o bajo. Segundo si haces preguntas te hacen sentir como que estás mal o equivocada. Sin duda tengo que pedir consulta en otro consultorio donde realmente si me quieran revisar sin hacerme malas caras o hacerme sentir intimidada.
