In reference to Ashton Levry’s ignored rating one year ago…I really would like to have seen a response. I was recommended to this family by my Mexican friend. Ashton Levry stated nurses rushing through questionnaires and though the physician was courteous she was uncaring.My concern nearly everyone got a response to their ratings both good and not so good. Does this facility care about the health of nonCaucasians or nonHispanics? These are turbulent times and I would like to know before making an appointment.

They would so helpful and really concerned with my health and was very perfessional and I felt very safe with this virus concerned I felt more relieved when I saw they had space chairs out and social distancing thank you for all you guys help

Call and ask to have my blood pressure med refilled was told that I need to come in and see the doctor. The lady on the phone was wonderful.. I go to the office and the lady at the front desk was awful.. very rude. Said the doctor cant see me because I only had 1 pay check stub I told her that I could get my employer to fax to her. I told her that I dont have no more blood pressure med and I needed it.. she said that she cant help me. I said so if I die because I dont have my med is that a good idea. She informed me that this why I need to come in to the doctor sooner. Very rude. I made appointment I came in. And she said not her fault..

I have loved Medlink from the first time I went. This is the best doctors office. Since I started they have been great to me. The staff is extremely friendly and caring. They are very attentive. Their customer service is superior. I had an emergency in their office and they all cared for me. They made sure that someone got my sister from the car to come in they followed up with me after my hospital visit. When you put a call into them they return the calls in a speedily manner. The pharmacist the staff in the pharmacy ensure that you know about your medications. KUDOS thanks a million that I can trust you with my health care needs.

The place it self is good. I see Jennifer Cooper she is good. My problem is that the hispanic assistance when calling my name which is Hilda want to call me ilda which is not my name. When I address it and let them know I dont like it they get mad. They say in spanish country the H is silence. Well I am an American citizen born and raise here. My nationality is Puerto Rican but still an American citizen. So my name is Hilda.... Thank you.
