My wife and I have been a patient of Dr. Monica Newton since 2009 or so (since she worked with her husband Wiley) those were the days of good service. Over the years the service has went down hill. The staff is pretty much the only reason I keep going back. I have not had an appointment with her for 2 years now always get a physician assistant unless I want to wait for 5 or more months to see Monica herself.

Dr Newton is a knowledgeable, caring physician that is a bit hard to see because she is so good. I suspect it will be difficult for new people to get in - it was so for us 6 years ago. She will also pray with you, a wonderful quality in a doctor.

We have been going to Dr. Monica Newton for over 8 years. I drive an hour just to go there because it is worth it. She, Kate and everyone in her office is wonderful. If you are looking for a great family doctor, this is the place. Have a blessed day :)

Dr. Monica Newton is absolutely the BEST Dr. I have had in 70+ years. She is smart, kind and compassionate. She LISTENS to what you have to say and spends time with you for a complete evaluation. She worked me into her schedule last minute when I was sick. The staff is top-notch, from Angie at the front desk, including all of the nurses and supporting staff. Look no further if you want the BEST Dr. in Gainesville, GA. We are blessed to have her in our area.

Dr. Newton is very thorough as is Suzi Childers, NP. I have never had to wait long, am treated with respect, and asked pertinent questions.

I called 3 times with an issue with my current medication. Never received a call back with an answer or a solution. So now I'm forced to go to urgent care for an issue that could have been resolved with a phone call. Not happy!!!

When I found Dr. Newton and Susie my first reaction was "Finally I have found someone I can trust to make good caring decisions on my health. They are not under my insurance plan. I pay out of pocket to see them. To me they are the best! I would recommend them to anyone.
