Went in with an anxiety problem walked out being called a lier. Most humiliating experience of my life.
Waiting 2 hours for an appointment is ridiculous
My child has only had 2 visits at this location and both times were an absolute nightmare. We arrived for our last visit around 2:25 and were told while checking in they take Aetna insurance but not our new insurance Aetna CVS Health meaning we had to pay out of pocket. Next I spent 20 + minutes filling out nonstop questions that I already filled out a week or so prior on My Chart only to be told they had no record of it. We were put into a room where we sat there for quite some time only to find out that the vaccinations my son was to get would cost nearly $400 for just one due to this location not taking my insurance. They also told me they don't give vaccinations for people that pay out of pocket. The nurses stated they were checking on availability at CVS to get this shot and left us sitting there with no clue what was going on until I opened the door and asked for someone to please inform me what was going on. One nurse stated she was printing off a script to take to CVS to get his shot which took forever as well. The attitudes in this place are beyond snotty and completely rude! I ended up leaving at 4:30. In other words, I am waiting on a bill where they charged me to do NOTHING and spent right at 2 hours at this office visit after traveling 40 minutes to get here for an appointment where they couldn't give my child vaccinations he needed. Not only did I check my kid out of school for this wasted trip, but had to make an extra trip to get the shot at CVS. Thanks for nothing!
I have been going to my doctor in this town for ever since they opened he only has 3 minutes for me every time I go when I started he had all the time in the world but now I guess he's too busy to be one-on-one and I'm looking for another place Cleveland Georgia
Tresonja at the urgent on South Enota Dr took such amazing care of my son this evening! He needed a shot & was very nervous about it. She was so calming before & he was shocked at how little it hurt once done! When she left the room, he kept expressing over & over again how much he liked her & how much better she made him feel. He wanted to leave a review for her to make sure she was given some recognition. He doesn’t typically enjoy going to the doctor or getting shots for that matter but this was a great experience for us both.
My children had their football physical done in May, I went back up in August asking for it to be put on the actual physical form provided by the school. She said due to it being nearly three months ago they have to redo the entire physical. Who plays football in May? trying to hit insurance
I waited a while to write a review, because I think taking time to reflect and cool down is key. However, I can say after a few months of waiting, that I do not recommend Dr. Tembele Yangandawele. I had a couple visits with him, and at first he seemed to listen and want to help me figure out my health issues. I had to push him to order me an ultrasound, to which they found a small nodule on my thyroid which indicated I needed a follow up. I scheduled a follow up with him, and when I first walked in he asked me why I was here to see him. I explained the results from MyChart, and he says, oh yes, it's nothing and no follow up or anything else needed (not what other doctors have told me since). I then continued to tell him about the symptoms I was continuing to have, and he said, and I quote, "My job is to keep you alive. I've done that. Now my job is to help you live with your symptoms. I can keep prescribing you medicine, but I don't think you want that." I was honestly in shock I don't think I said anything else the rest of our visit. I went to him hoping to find the reason I was having symptoms, not just to treat each one and ignore the underlying cause. I was really disappointed and frustrated, to be honest. I expected more from an MD and medical professional. That's their job. But most people these days just want to prescribe and treat, instead of actually investigating and solving problems. I unfortunately will not be back to this office. I will say, the nurses and front desk staff that I interacted with were lovely and kind, and always seemed warm and welcoming. I wish I had had a better experience otherwise.
Overall very good. Clean everywhere we were and friendly staff.
one of the worst places to take your children. these people are frauds and has caused my family and children years of problems and money wasted. from wrong diagnosis and ignoring health issues. I can tell you now please do not bring your family here. im surprised this place isn't shut down, because it should be.
Mi Dra. Abigail Cortez muy profesional y atenta a mis cuidados de salud. Con un buen equipo médico todos muy profesionales y atentos. Gracias por sus servicios. Dios los bendiga🤍🙏🏻.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
