I love Dr. Onal but am frustrated with the Billing department. They drafted money from my account that I did not owe and it has been a headache trying to get it refunded. Every time I call to check on the status I keep getting the runaround. They have no problem taking the money so why can it not be as easy to refund it back to me?

We love Dr. Lathem & Dr. Butler! One of our kids have anaphylactic food allergies, another has constant ear infections and we just welcomed our baby. This is a fantastic group. I never feel rushed with well check visits and triage does exceptionally well over the phone with sick visits. Highly recommend

I highly recommend them!! They are amazing! Everyone there is friendly, they are really good about getting your kids in if they need to be seen, they actually listen to you, and take the time to talk to you and explain things to you! We have been seen by 3 different doctors there and they have all been absolutely wonderful! I always leave there feeling relieved and overall happy with the appointment!!

I have recently switched to Pediatric Associates and our home office is the Braselton location. My son became sick last week on Saturday and I didn't realize the Gainesville location was open on Saturday's, so I packed up and was about to head to CHOA until I realized they had an over 2 hour wait time. Hanging out in the waiting room with a ton of sick kids and my 9 month old baby did not sound like a good time. I frantically called Pediatric Associates at 11:15am and that's when they told me the Gainesville office was open until 12. I told the receptionist her that I lived 45 minutes away and she said no worries and to go ahead and head that way and they would see us when we got there. We saw Dr. Boyd who was thorough and SO caring! Nobody in the office made me feel rushed or like an inconvenience ( and let's be honest..everyone is ready to go home on a Saturday!) They truly cared about my child. I wish I could remember the name of the staff member working up front that day because she was phenomenal! It is such a crazy time in healthcare and I truly appreciate this office not brushing my kiddos healthcare under the rug due to the stress and busy time. I could go on and on! Best office ever.

Always have a pleasant experience, but this time there was a man named Victor. Boy oh boy is he in the right career. He had to draw blood from my 1 year old and he had her laughing the entire time. Absolutely amazing experience, glad he was there and made it literally painless for my daughter.
