Dr. Williams provided the pre-surgery exam prior to a knee replacement. Because I had a concern due to wording on my EKG, I sent him a message via MyChart. He called me that very evening and calmly told me I had nothing to worry about. I was elated that he cared enough to call when he was probably already home with his family.

Dr. Williams was recommended to us by my husband's urologist who needed a second opinion concerning a health issue. It was late in the day and his group waited for us to arrive at the hospital for our sudden appointment. From the moment we walked in the door, each of his staff greeted us with the utmost respect. Their kindness, professionalism and friendly nature is something rare in the medical field. They are a shining example of what we needed and I hope those within the Northeast Georgia Physicians Group use them as examples to follow.

Dr. Williams actually helped me when I was hospitalized. He is the first doctor in my life that gave me medications that worked. Other physicians give you such low doses of medications that you can’t even tell that they’ve given you anything. I’ve literally looked up doseages from other doctors, and they give adults pediatric doseages or less.
