What's the point of having an appointment if it takes them 30 mins past your appointment time to call you back, and even longer before a doctor sees you all while you showed up 10mins early. My wife had an appointment today, as of now it's been 40 past her appointment time and we're still waiting. If you can choose literally anywhere else to go do it. Don't waist your time at this office, it sucks

The lady at the front desk is VERY RUDE. I came for a simple drug test and she had the worst attitude with me as if i ruined her morning.

Horrible place. If you end up here you probably don’t have a choice in the matter. I can tel you though you’re incredibly lucky if your appointments are actually in a timely manner.

Dr Hocker is amazing BUT his staff could use a bit of work. Very disappointed with my experience here! I went in for a job mandated drug test and physical WITH a SET appointment time YET I didn’t leave the office till 2 hours later. I was in the waiting room for over 30 minutes and took like an hour an a half to perform a simple drug test. My physical however which was performed by hocker was fast and professional. My nurse was rude from the beginning, threw away 2 urine samples that I gave her in matter of 1 hour because it wasn’t enough, very unprofessional!

Today on 06/28/2021 my brother went to this clinic because he had a work accident. My sister in law left work to tend to him. The staff told her that she could not enter and did not give her the details as to how my brother was at the time. She knew nothing. She had to plead with the white lady to open the door when my brother wanted her inside. I am very disappointed with how they treated my brother a black man. The doctor advised that he not walk on his foot but the nurse then told him to walk towards him to get a test done. How is he supposed to walk when THE DOCTOR ADVISED HIM NOT TO WALK IN HIS FOOT. The nurse was right there when the doctor advised that he not walk on his foot. A competent nurse would have when's and gotten a WHEELCHAIR!!! My sister in law had to tell the nurse that he is not getting up, that he needs to be in a wheelchair. This is only a fraction of the discrimination that happened at this clinic. They are racist and the head of staff needs to talk a good look at the people they hire. Everyone is human no matter the color of their skin. Shame on the people who work at this clinic.
