Sheraj Jacob's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Jacob didn't do any blood work or any tests in my husband after we waited months to see him.He had scheduled an endoscopy October 26 and cancelled it without letting us know,he only stayed in the room less than five minutes. Yes, we we're upset,mad because my husband has been sick for awhile.Noone ever answers the phone here,if your in pain they tell you to go to the hospital. Something has got to change the way the doctors and medical profession is operating. Health care what happened to that?

I have been going to Dr Jacob since 2010. I have had Colonoscopies, Endoscopies, and other things. All I can say is that from day ONE, they have treated me and my family with nothing but kindness! We LOVE Dr Jacob and his staff! From check in, his nurse-Susie, scheduling-Claudia and check out-Jeanene, we r always treated with kindness and never feel that we r being rushed. They spend a lot of time explaining everything and answer all our questions. The other day, they had sent us a txt that said they had called in the script and a conformation of our next visit B4 we even got home! I recommend them to ALL my friends and their families. We just love them so much, they r like family. Thank u Dr Jacob and staff 4 being there 4 us!!

Office staff is rude and never returns calls or follows up with my wife when she calls. They have cancelled procedures and refuse to take into account that she has an auto-immune disorder. Definitely going to be looking for a different doctor.

I've been seeing Dr. Jacob since 2010 after I had surgery for sarcoma on outside of my colon. He has also does a great job of staying on top of my head liver, keeping a watchful eye out. Also wonderful knows my name without looking in my chart. Love refuse to change

If I could go lower I would, the man schedules you 3-6 months apart for each visit when you need an appointment the next week. If you want a doctor that will care for you with diet plans, proper medication, and give a damn. This isn’t him. You’d be better off paying a hospital bill every week than to receive care from Dr. J. Great guy. Horrible doctor. Not to mention he doesn’t listen to you until it’s 5 months too late and you’re already in pain again.

Dr. Jacobs is an excellent doctor and my husband and I have been his patients for 20 years he is very caring and kind. His surgery center runs very efficiently and you're in and out in no time also his staff is very kind and caring we've never had a negative experience in 20 years!

The worst GI Doctor. He does not listen to you, nor does he care. After receiving my medical records, he does not put anything you say in your record. Please find another doctor if you are looking for a good doctor.

When you hear the word "colonoscopy ", the reaction is usually filled with much dread. I have just had my 3rd one. I knew what to expect. Dr. Jacob and his wonderful staff made the experience a not so scary one. Dr. Jacob explained everything to me and answered questions that I had. I felt so reassured. The entire staff made me feel so at ease. They made my experience as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend Dr. Jacob and his awesome team!

Terrible doctor. I am 69 years old and the is the very worst medical visit experience of my life. Dr. J spent about ten minutes with me, never bothered to read my intake questions. He should no care or concern what so ever about my health or general well being. Basically he just asked me in a few pointed questions if I thought I required surgery for my condition. I never felt more overlooked or less cared for. Even if I thought I was a surgical candidate I would never let this man perform it. He just wants the money.

Extremely fast and efficient
