I waited an hour to have my son seen at the office by Dr Klacik After an hour and half of arrival we were in a room and seen the Dr. I left with no feeling of confidence that my son had received the care and attention he needed.

Ok so he was treating my child and he asked how was our Thanksgiving but then after that he just became really really irritated with me and took his anger out on my kids and then i asked if we made him mad but he said we didnt with a smile

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Klacik. My daughter has seen him twice now for sick visits and both times he took his time and was genuinely concerned about her well being. We had to follow up with another provider the first time and Dr Klacik came in just to check on her in between his patients. He has a wonderful bedside manner and cares how parents feel. You definitely do not feel like just another number. I would recommend Dr Klacik to anyone He is a wonderful physician

Will never go to him again. My daughter has a few minor health problems along with being accident pron. So yes she has to go to the doctors office more than most people. Because she had been seen a few times back to back recently with other providers that are in the same office I felt he was not taking my concern seriously. I told him that she was having chest pain and that I thought it was bronchitis. HE WAS WRONG. Another Dr. confirmed it the next day. Dr. Klacik was unconcerned
