I am 36 weeks pregnant, today I have a doctor appointment here at 10:45. I arrived 30 minutes early, I was at the hospital at 10:15. But in the end I had to wait for more than 1 hour, why are the hospitals and doctors here so irresponsible? I made this appointment 1 week in advance, why make me wait? My time is precious, I don't want to be wasted like that. Not only this time, the previous times I had to wait like that. I am really unhappy and very angry today. 👎

I wish I could give it no stars. When I had a miscarriage the one walked in the room told me my levels had dropped below 5 and he told me I lost it. While I sat there and cried all he said was did I want to be put on birth control and when I said no he told me that was a bad idea and walked out of the room. Someone who just lost their baby does not need to be talked to like that!

I love the care I received at Longstreet OBGYN. However, the billing department is not helpful. I have called and sent a message about a bill that went into collections. I NEVER received a statement on this bill and was never notified. I have been trying to get in touch with the BOM, Robin. I have left her 3 messages. This needs to be made right. It should not go on my credit for a bill I never received. I am super disappointed.

I haven’t had any experience with any other practices, however the Center for Women’s Health in Baldwin has been great in my experience. I’ve never had an issue with wait time, disrespect, or prescriptions. I’ve had to call a couple of times to get prescriptions switched or sorted out and they’ve always taken care of it in a timely and efficient manner. Dr. Garlich is amazing. I can’t say enough about her. I saw her for my first ever Pap smear and have been seeing her every year since. She made a potentially awkward and uncomfortable first-time experience a positive one. She took her time and explained her next move before she made it so that I would know what to expect. She made it an easy decision to come back the following year. I only wish she still did OB. She’s been nothing but kind and professional.

This practice is more concerned with getting surgical co payments than the patient. Office administrator is very rude. Staff is dismissive when you are having problems. I am seeking another health care provider.
