Dr. Bondugula recently saw my husband, a stroke patient, at the ER when he thought he was having another stroke. She was rude, dismissive and impatient and acted as if we were bothering her. I definitely wouldn’t recommend her to anyone for medical care.

Doctor Bondagula is certainly the worst doctor ever, I can't believe she is still practicing! She mixed my chart up with another patient, and over dosed me with 300 units of Botox in the back of my neck. She would not take care of me as her patient, she dropped me like a hot potatoe. She left me paralyzed for over 3 months, unable to hold my head up. Still have a lot of problems to this very day! She has the worst bedside manner I have ever seen of any one in the medical field! Save yourself and your family members from seeing this doctor, so you do not suffer the way I have suffered, 4 years now! DAWN

Rudest doctor I have ever met! I was in tears when I left. Dismissed issues and said it could not be fixed in one day. Scheduled test for following week with a follow-up a month later. The next day patient was worse and started having seizures and admitted to Huntsville Hospital. Definitely do not recommend her. We will not be going back for her tests!

Dr. Bondagula made a horrible mistake on me, she mixed up my chart with another patient Ann's treated me for something I DO NOT have, she overdosed me with 300 units of Botox, and then unwilling to treat me as her patient! She left me in bed for 14 weeks unable to eat, or swallow! I lost 20 pounds! She NEVER called to check on my condition, she simply said, "I am human, I made a mistake" and stood totally unaccountable! She is a terrible doctor, I do Not even know how she has a license???? I certainly Do Not recommend her at all!!! Her bed side manner is horrible, I've NEVER seen such a rude doctor in all of my life!

She is rude and treats you with disdain. I wouldnt advise ANYONE to go to her. She gets so angry she practically spits at you. I left her office in tears. Never again
