List of Yana Kirova-Pancheva's Reviews
That she doesn't care about the problems, only reading off a paper asking questions to the patient then writing notes in her my chart that are not true. I think Dr. Pancheva has a problem understanding what is being told to her. She just makes up anything and writes it in her chart. The last visit I had with her and my son who has several disabilities she was very rude. My son asked if he could get another provider, she told him no then stood up and held the door open and said I have another patient. I told her that was rude. She commented in her notes that I was very upset with her because she didn't acknowledge disabilities. I just asked her how long it would take to do an evaluation on my son. she said 6 months and I said Well I was told it only takes two weeks. I have tried to get another doctor, but I was told we had to see her again and ask her in person. She also accused my son of making up positive answers to her questions on purpose.
She didn't listen to me and hurried me off phone appt. She doesn't have any logical doctor's advice. She'd ask me a question and before I could completely answer, she would get upset and I didn't know how to ask her to let me finish. I am still shocked by the seven minute phone conversation that we had and I'm concerned with what to do now. She is a doctor that should help people but she doesn't do that at all.
I wouldn't even give her One star. The only reason she has a stat here so I could say she is The worst Dr ever. She don't listen to you at all. She don't know what bedside manner is. Rude and pushy
Very rude and unprofessional. She never adjusted my medication to what I was going through. Horrible bedside manner. Stares at her computer the whole time. Will put down your symptoms like they don’t exist. I wish I would’ve looked at reviews before I decided to go with her. I gave her six months to adjust my medication and nothing was getting better and I explained that I was numb to everything and she just kept wanting to up my antidepressants. I would not trust her at all and she should not be in a field dealing with peoples mental health
The worst bedside manner of any doctor for any condition I have ever encountered. Very poor listener. She interrupts and is rude. Simply does not seem to care. She only discussed one medication and was ready to end the appointment. I had to remind her that two other medications needed to be discussed. The third medication which is related to my condition, Dr. Pacheva stated that since my PCP was already prescribing something, I should talk to my PCP. I was told it would be a one-hour appointment but twice she told me to stop talking because we were running out of time. The appointment only lasted 40 minutes instead of 60 minutes. This was my initial appointment with Dr. Pacheva. Unfortunately, she is incompetent.
Very compassionate first visit. Explained drugs and treatment plan very well. She spent a lot of time with me. Hoping for successful treatment
So awful. She doesn't care about any of her patients. Super rude and thoughtless, not to mention full of herself. She thinks she knows YOUR body and mind better than you do. She constantly talked down to me and wouldn't listen. I tried to tell her I wasn't happy with the medication I was on the side effects were making me feel worse and she told me I could follow her treatment plan or find someone else to treat me. Doesn't care. Stuck up. Full of herself. She should never have became a psychiatrist because she clearly doesn't understand how poor mental health ACTUALLY effects people.
Stay away. Talks down to you, treats you like actual scum of the earth. She refuses to listen and was constantly talking over me and interrupting me. She told me that my symptoms "couldn't possibly be that bad", and when I told her I was having panic attacks she told me I "didn't meet the criteria" and "it's only an anxiety attack, it's not even that serious". She also called me a liar to my face when she couldn't find a test result that SHE misplaced on her own computer. I also told her I believed I had been misdiagnosed and was on the wrong medication, and that the side effects were terrible and making me feel worse. She told me that if I didn't want to follow her exact treatment plan for the condition she had diagnosed me with then I could go somewhere else for treatment. I came to a psychiatrist because I was reaching out for help, Dr Pancheva made me regret this. Please just save yourself a lot of pain and money and pick literally anybody else.
She is the worst doctor I've ever been to. Not knowledgeable about medications whatsoever. I don't care where she graduated from medical school, I'm guessing she was the last in her class.
Dr. Pancheva is the worst doctor I've ever been to. She doesn't care; doesn't try to understand; doesn't have compassion; doesn't know medications; doesn't understand conditions that she's supposed to be treating; and wants to cite her "credentials". I'm surprised she has a job. I am very disappointed in this doctor and plan to find a new one as soon as possible.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
