Dr. Aida was very kind , insightful , and beyond helpful during my visit so we’re the ladies in the lab who did my blood work ! Mrs. Aida is the absolute best at that facility. I did run into problems with the the lady who did my vitals and I wish she would have been more kind and not so rude to me . Overall my visit was great ! I know things may get hectic at work but always treat people the way you would want to be treated especially if they were respectful to you the entire time .

To be honest, not all nurses and doctors are rude or disrespectful. It's a lot of them that really do care for the patients, I saw both positive and negative attitude toward patients. It's sad because a lot of times I wouldn't have any money and they charge $50 per visit, even when I wasn't working I still had to pay the $50 fee. Some are understanding because they know your not going to have the money all the time.

I have an autistic son that has been sitting at home for 3 months waiting to be referred for therapies. I have lost count of how many calls I have made trying to speak to someone about my son’s treatment and NO ONE, not doctors, PA’s, nurses, NOBODY will return my phone call. I’m in literal tears because my baby does not deserve this. He is nonverbal and can barely do anything on his own. I finally got insurance and it was hell trying to find someone that accepted it. This clinic was the first one I found that did and they are beyond horrible. Uncaring, unempathetic unprofessional liars. Nurse Terrel never sent the referrals out and Kimberly Owens is refusing to talk to me, I know they are receiving my messages. This cannot be legal to neglect children (or anyone else in medical need) this way. Somebody is going to be held accountable for the gross negligence this clinic and it’s employees has shown my son.

Came in trying to make appointments for my kids got them done and an appointment for myself as well I was going to ask her if she could make dentist appointments for my kids as well. Hispanic lady said “There is a line behind you, we need to hurry up!” Just rude! Why bother to work in the medical field if you don’t have the patience!

This office is the most careless unhelpful slow office I have ever been to. I have been contacting them over 2 weeks now. They act like they don’t care about the fact my daughter is about to get withdrawn from school if I don’t get her shot record transfered. Just don’t go here

Awful experience.

The best customer service I had received in Savannah since I’ve been here. Although I had an appointment and sat out in the lobby almost 2 hours before being called, the level of kindness and respect was phenomenal. In that time when I did become impatient and asked for a time frame for me being called, I was actually given information rather than the usual, “soon or not too much longer please have a seat” as if I’m a child. A lot of the wait was also understandable being I was an uninsured new patient. After being called and finally making my way to the back, everyone was so polite. The Dr, oh my-I love her! She actually listened to the problems, she didn’t just try and diagnose me, and she was straight forward. What I love most is how everyone appeared happy in their workplace!
