Went in as a new patient, had a issue with the skin on my hands, told me they would run tests to find out what was going on and in the meantime said to use a cream they would prescribe. It was not prescribed it literally is just hand cream that doesn’t really work. Week later got a call saying couldn’t find anything and to use the cream.They charged me my copay for a 3 minute phone call. So not only did I have to fix my own health problem I had to pay money for a phone call.

I rather be seen by a veterinarian. These people don't answer calls nor respond to messages left. They prefer to redirect patients on limited income to different doctors because they can't examine a knee. Their care for existing patience is non-existent and if you stay healthy and only see them when needed they refuse because they "haven't seen you in a while". They prefer limited income patients too stupid to be mindful of their own abilities to reduce expenditure so that they can get paid for visits that are frivolous, except to their pockets. These are "care" professionals but another machine for making money over actual care.

Lots of the reviews refer to Dr. Denny who no longer works there. There is another doctor now (6.22.2021). I like them very much.

The best doctors and staff you will ever meet. Everyone is so helpful and kind. I recommend them to everyone! If you are uninsured, there’s a sliding scale fee so no worries that you won’t get the help you need.
