Everyone was very nice until the Dr came in, she wasn't very pleasant. She said my poison ivy looked like a rash and was rushed. The great woman who worked behind the front desk and the nurse who took vitals and gave me my shot were both 5*

Excellent customer service from Octavia at the front office. Very pleasant and caring. Excellent customer service and procedures from clinical team, Ema. Ema does excellent procedures and is very kind. My provider Payal was excellent and caring. She took her time and quickly called in my prescriptions. I’m feeling better, already. I will use this Piedmont Urgent Care office from now on and refer to my friends and family. Thank you very much! Susan M Cha

This is the worst urgent care I’ve ever been to. I had to go to urgent care unexpectedly one morning and had to choose one a bit closer to where I currently was, and this location popped up with good reviews and a decent rating. I got to the urgent care and was waiting forever to get in, even after checking in online beforehand. Then after 40 minutes later they called me in. I got into the room and they checked my vitals quickly and left the room and said they will be right back. They did not come after a whole hour just sitting in that room. The doctors/nurses here were not attentive nor caring about my concerns or that I was in pain and they had me wait forever.

The staff at Piedmont Urgent Care (Grayson) are all courteous and professional. My appointment was scheduled promptly (I was a new walk-in patient) and it was quick and easy to complete my online registration. The wait time to be seen was less than 15 minutes (I was the first patient in the office on this particular day and had to complete registration prior to being seen). The provider listened to all of my needs and answered all questions. The nurse was very polite and he conveyed all of my concerns to the provider prior to her coming in to begin my exam. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to others!

I went to Piedmont Urgent Care due to an ankle injury and the attending nurse and physician on was able to take x-rays and assess my situation quickly. The staff was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. I so appreciated each person who cared for me. Thank you!!!!

Piedmont Urgent Care has a very clean office. I’ve never waited long in the lobby. Staff is very friendly. Octavia is always so welcoming and kind at the front desk and my nurse Judith was very caring and considerate. I live in Dacula but this is my urgent care choice hands down!

This is one of the best urgent care. I went there with a severe allergy reaction. The service was fast and All the teams were very professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Selam treated me well and she was very professional. I like them all including the nurse and the receptionist. Plus the place was very clean. I recommend this place 100%.
