I recently moved from Torrance, CA to Eatonton. My first appointment with Dr. Rivera was OUTSTANDING. She explained every procedure that she was doing at the time and asked me frequent questions. I would HIGHLY recommend her and Choice One.

They have been our dentists going on 4 years. We have found them welcoming, and interested in our lives in addition to dental issues. Last year I needed a crown replaced. Choice one has the know how and equipment to complete the work in one visit. Previously, they would take an impression that’s sent to a lab, then insert a temporary cap, and you would need a second visit. 5 stars from us!

Some people can pay after their service, others can not, nothing I was quoted was done, nor was the prices the same. First follow up trip was 30 mins of who knows what for 100 bucks. Then the second trip back they insist on being payed up front 419.00 bucks for whatever it was they were going todo. Yeah no thank you if you want to be paid up front then a scope of the work on paper should be provided. Imagine going to a Car Dealer and wanting to buy a car and they said pay us the first car payment then will see what lemon we can stick u in. The PHD at this office stands for Permit for High-Dollar Defrauding.

Had to pay for xray they did and not the one covered with alliance. Not informed of the change until I got thru and told how much I owed. Front desk should have advised me of that change before I went back. Alliance customers should be told this. We are not all rich lake folks,and live on fixed incomes. I have been a patient for quite a few years. But this really did disappoint!
