Went down hill since Dr Simpson left they never answer the phone for appointments I called for 3 days then walked in and got turned down my granddaughter won’t be going back. Don’t waste your time staff that cared all left now your child is not worth their time the are too busy for your children

Walked in around 8 min late as I was finishing up the online questionnaire checking in online for 38 min and they refused To see me Awful service Completely Rude

phone system broken or no one answers. pharmacy crazy backed up with days delay. NO DENTIST anymore. some staff are nice but dont expect the same faces twice.

Horrible experience they never ever pick up the phone to speak with someone all they do is transfer transfer and transfer only to get someone with a freaking voicemail. This is ridiculous and horrible horrible customer service what kind of healthcare is this?

The staff here is an awesome bunch of people as well as their medical staff. The onsite pharmacy is awesome as well. The attention you receive with each visit is above and beyond most health care facilities give their patients now. Pharmacy staff makes sure you are taken care of also. Not to mention they a 5.00 plan on meds also. They also have a Dental clinic on site to. Call to make appt. had no issues getting threw and got appt. very fast.

Tried over an hour several different times to get ahold of somebody and all I kept getting is press 1 for English press 2 for Spanish sorry we cannot transfer your call

Saw Dr Treki and I absolutely think it was his first day out of school with no intern experience. He spent the entire time asking redundant questions and looking on his phone as if he were googling my symptoms.He needs some exp under a real Dr. Hope I never have to see him again.

From my first call to this office they have been punctual helpful friendly. Will reccomend this office to anyone.

DENTIST. Today was mine and my sons first visit with the Oconee valley dentistry I was bringing my son in to have his first “big boy” appointment he hasn’t been to the dentist in a few years and needed a good cleaning and over all check up after being told I had to wait In the waiting room and could not be in while the dentist was in the room because of COVID policy I was not able to address any of the questions I had for the doctor and we were left with no clear answers. If you are looking for a place to start your child’s dentist journey this is not the place I was not made aware of anything that was done to him. I was told that after the age of 5 there doesn’t need to be a parent present while they are examining them. This is completely crazy that the decisions were left to my 10 year old son who was scared of going in the first place. On a second note my appointment was immediately following his and I was told he would have to wait in the waiting room ALONE until my appointment was done. After my son said he didn’t want to be left alone and I didn’t want to leave him alone I had to cancel my appointment. If you bring your child and you do not want them left alone you would have to bring another adult with you to wait with your child and the requires bringing more traffic into the building and more chances of exposing people in a place that seems so avid at protecting people mine or my sons concern for his protection was never an issue none of it makes sense and none of our concerns were even remotely approached by staff all I was told is that it was policy and that was it. Again if your looking to start you or your child’s dentist journey this is NOT the place I was very unhappy at how things were handled and my son said he didn’t want to go back that he wanted me in there with him
