My wife has now had temp bridges in for a month, on both sides of her mouth that keeps coming off and has not been able to eat solid food for a month! But yet we are paying thousands, and she still has nothing permanent put in, because their communication is awful, and the bridges have been delayed and not the right size. But no one there seems to care. Meanwhile my wife has not been able to eat solid food for a month now! Once she is finished, I would never recommend this place! It is like the freaking car max of dental offices! Get it together, people are suffering due to everyone in that office incompetence!

I had a bad experience with my appointment expecting the ca owner she did not show up and they had no reason why did not get Talk touch with her so not happy at all I've already put one comment on here and on the comment I said that we had recording I was hoping it was on video y'all have cameras so I can resolve this this is my second bad review they're supposed to contact me Monday that is tomorrow

Everyone was great from reception, tech, nurses, doctor and consultant. Very happy with the staff and the work that was done efficiently and in a timely manner. We found our new dentist office! Thank you!

Outside of a minor scheduling issue my experience was great. My hygienist (Jada) was professional, courteous, and did her job very well. From the front desk to the back I have nothing but good things to say

Went in for an emergency extraction they did a complete treatment plan of my entire mouth never got the tooth extracted I’ve been in severe pain for weeks. Why was my problem never solved? I went in for a simple extraction. Not a treatment plan for my entire mouth never once asked for it

Husband started denture journey and Dr. Cole, the oral surgeon, and his assistant Nikki were spectacular. It was a long and large procedure and Dr Cole made sure my husband was as comfortable pain wise before he would even let us leave. They were absolutely the BEST. I would highly recommend Dr Cole.

First day , first time there and it was AMAZING. Destiny and Mrs. Marc made sure to guide me thru everything since it was my first time having this procedure done. They made me feel relax and comfortable during this process. I APPRECIATE THEM ALOT

I called and left a voicemail for an estimate 2 business days before my appointment. I called and left another voicemail 1 business day before my appointment after receiving multiple text messages advising me to confirm said appointment. No callback. Instead I received a text stating that you needed to reschedule my appointment. So I called yet again and left another voicemail. No callback. The morning of said appointment, I get a text reminding me of my appointment. The same appointment I was advised needed to be rescheduled. I called and left another voicemail. You think someone called me back? Nope. But I keep getting text messages and emails telling me to reschedule. Y’all cannot be serious. And don’t think about calling me now because I won’t be back.
