Dr. Barlow is an excellent doctor and cares for his patients. I have been with him for over 20 years and in times of severe needs for his services he has always been there to help. Yes I have seen others when flare ups happened on out of town etc. but he is the tops when you need a specialist that knows what he is doing.

Everyone was nice, and I love my dr.

After seeing the doctor, they were supposed to send a prescription to my pharmacy the day of. That didn't happen. I have been trying to get in touch with them daily since then, leaving messages on the assistants line who is supposed to take care of these things or at minimum return your phone call. That has also yet to happen. Absolutely no communication. They were also supposed to send a request to an imaging facility for them to call me to set up an appointment for a scan, they also did not do that. This has got to be the most unprofessional people that i have dealt with, with absolutely no help in any way. My doctor was actually pretty thorough and helpful and really seemed to be on the right track to help me. Though i think they need to clean house with the assistants and start fresh or at least with Jennifer Azeltons assistant as she is absolutely no help, clearly does not want to do her job and has completely ruined my experience as im typing this while being in pain because she lacks basic communication skills and doesn't want to do her job and just fax the prescription over. I would not recommend o anyone who is having gastro pain or issues and wants to get it taken care of.

I'm scared to death that something terminal is going on with my liver. I've made sure my records were sent over (labs and ultrasound) your doctor told me she would be in touch with a couple of days to schedule more labs but I haven't heard from y'all. I've called 3 different times trying to get some sort of communication from you and nobody will call me back. Every day matters if this is something as bad as I fear it is and, I can't even get a response from you.

Every one atthe site were comforting nice and explaining things from nurse staphenie to Alison to kim and whole team of Dr barlowThere were reminder emails promptly to ensure proper prep steps to be taken which was a grt helpI would recommend to anyone for easy in town endoscopy or colonoscopy to be done in Dr Barlow office

I adore my Doctor but the people assisting could use a little help. If you are going to be in the medical field help people.

Appointment scheduled for 1:30p it’s now 2:40p co payment been taken but haven’t been seen. This office is focused primarily around a dollar and they are very un organized with the COVID 19 pandemic going on. If this appointment wasn’t needed and recommended by my doctor I would’ve left. Never Again

If you need to get a procedure, do not go to this location, go to one of there other locations, I was scheduled for a colonoscopy , I have had this on the books to have done for the last three months, my appointments was at 230,, when I went back the nurse whom accompany me seem like she was aggravated because my doctor had not sent any info beforehand so she took it out on me because she felt like she had to do my whole medical history, it was obvious she didn’t want to do it an was looking for a reason not to do her job today, then she ask me when was the last time I ate,I told her then she took off like a bat out of hell to get another nurse, they came in there an claimed three might could not do my procedure because I had not fasted long enough, that was a lie, I did exactly what they asked an I took of time job to do this, u think I’m going to not follow instructions an lose a day of vacation time, I told them it’s obvious you guys do not want to do this procedure, iwill leave, there in a bed beside me told his nurse he had not eaten since midnight am they still proceeded to do his procedure, stay se away from this dump, the nurse are lazy an liars

Had a great experience there, the staff was very friendly, didn't know what to expect or what I was walking into. But from the front office to the back they made me feel good. The Dr. WaFriendly as well.

I’ve been to several specialist in the last year due to medical issues. I’ve also worked in the healthcare industry for 20 years.This office is a well-oiled machine!From the staff that coordinated every referral to the thoroughness of Dr. Barlow.Excellent experience!
