Terrible customer service. We’ve been patients here for years. When this Dr took over the hired different staff. There is one In particular that is extremely unprofessional and rude.

Terrible customer service! Made my daughter wait an hour before working on her for an 100$ service. Mind you we've never had an outstanding bill . I was working and couldn't come to pay at that very second.

I’ve been going to Dr. Joshua Gropper for about three years now, and I can honestly say he’s the best dentist I’ve ever had. He’s professional, knowledgeable, gentle, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. The entire office is welcoming and friendly, which makes every visit a great experience. Dr. Gropper and his team consistently provide outstanding care, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent dentist!
