Wonderful experience ! I received treatment for a foot crush injury. I had an X- ray and a cast on my leg in less than an hour . .They filed my insurance with no co-pays. Thanks guys your the best !!

Staff is friendly. The wait wasn't bad. Doctor spent about 60 seconds with me and seemed like he didn't have the time or care to give.

Dr Hopkins is the best, from constant shoulder pain to vast improvement. Do not postpone if you are in constant pain. Shoulder replacement is the answer and Dr Hopkins and his staff are the best

Longest wait with appointment I’ve seen. Will find elsewhere if the need ever arises. Wait is extremely long in exam room too.

I would never recommend this place as far as calling and scheduling an appointment directly from the emergency room. I recently had a bad fall and was told by the emergency room doctor to contact an orthopaedic doctor in order to be examined. They recommended Charles Hopkins at the Griffin location. I spoke to the receptionist and she transferred me to the branch manager Karen, whom during our communication got disgusted and hung up on me saying '"GOODBYE MA'AM". I was very polite and concerned. This was a horrible experience for me in my time of pain. I am definitely doing a follow up call with District Manager.
