I saw Dr, Bunya numerous times over the years and never had reason to see anyone else, Then I moved over two hours away. I saw two dermatologists in my new area. I learned how very fortunate I was all those years to have Dr. B as my doctor. He listens to you and is always very kind and respectful. He explains everything you need to know. He is exTREMEly knowledgeable. He never hurts. The contrast between Dr. Bunya and the 2 two in North Ga puts him in the 5-star level, hands down, The next time I need a Dermatologist, I'm making that trip, He's worth it!

I personally don't think it should be that difficult to get a doctor to listen! However, this doctor doesn't seem to think listening to his patients to be a problem. He walked in the room with a diagnosis of psoriasis, when I explained that wasn't what I had he ignored me and just kept on with his diagnosis and treatment. When I said I wasn't there for a diagnosis but because my hematologist wanted me to get a biopsy to compare to a previous biposy and why, he dismissed that and insisted I had psoriasis. I said , no I didn't that I was producing too many mast cells and believed along with my allergy doctor I had something called Mastocytosis. He disagreed. I just needed a biopsy not his "psychic" thoughts that just by looking at me he could decide what was wrong. I'm not a one size fits all. I have medical disorders that are unusual and don't fit in a preselected box! And it would be great if he had just shut up and listened to me!

Dr. Bunyasaranand saved my kids life. I will always be grateful for his alertness, quick and thorough evaluation, and sincerity in treating my child when the emergency room failed to recognize the symptoms. He knows skin!!

Dr Bunya has a keen eye and was able to discern a small basal cell carcinoma that appeared on my right shin. He excised the area and sent off a sample to the lab that verified his diagnosis. The scar from the excision is faded and is a small price to pay. His early recognition and diagnosis were key. He is a very caring and qualified dermatologist - interested more in his patient's health than in "playing games."

Office lady (Gwen) seems a little rude. She doesn't seem to like the fact that I've been waiting for 1 1/2 days for a prescription replacement. She grunts on the phone showing her lack of interest in my situation. The pharmacist has proof of the request they have sent and the office keeps denying receiving it, as well as not responding to my calling for a prescription replacement as well. As for the doctor, he is hard to understand. Will not go back to that office.

Was very satisfied with what he told me. Very professional. Very nice staff.

The office mislead us that they were in network. In good faith we had services performed. Afterwards they determined they were out of network. We were advised that to not worry about paying and that they would get it handled. Again we were mislead. They had fault and should have worked with us to make it right. Instead, no timely returned phone calls and a threat of a collection agency.I don't believe the Doctor was told all the facts of this case.Have them sign a form that they are in network.

After 10 yrs and visits to several physicians for a sore and itching spot on bottom of my foot.. DR Bunya was finally able to give me the correct medication to stop and heal this wound. He first gave me a RX for medication for 3 months. When this did not work.. he then recommended another that did the job. I was completely satisfied with his process and the end result. Thank You again Dr, it has been 3 years and this problem is stilled cured.

Doctor is mediocre but easy to get into see. Other dermatologists have a wait time. BEWARE on co-pays and deductibles. They charged my son the full amount even after he had met his deductible and getting a refund for the money he overpaid was a nightmare!! I called several times and was told that the doctor hadn't signed the check. . . they had their money from my son and the insurance company for more than 60 days and it took me filing a complaint with UHC and going to stand in their waiting room to finally get a check for $36. . . he must really be hurting if he can't refund an overpayment of $36. They still owe a second refund for $36 where they insisted my son pay even though they assured me they wouldn't charge him the full amount again. . . they admit it was their mistake but they won't go ahead and refund the money. . . we will likely have to file another complaint with United Healthcare to get the second refund. Customer NO SERVICE!! We won't be back again!! Ridiculous
