About Richard Paul oral surgeon I wanted to share my experience in case it helps someone else. I had a wisdom tooth removed in February and had ongoing pain and drainage for several weeks afterward. I went back for multiple follow-up visits and was given antibiotics, but the problem continued. I stayed in pain this entire time. I was eventually referred to other specialists, including an endodontist because he believed the issue was my molar. I let him know it was not the molar that needed removing since I had it tested and that the absess was worse. He sent me home with more antibiotics saying it looked better to him and to take it day by day. After weeks of severe pain and an active absess The periodontist ended up finding and removing a retained bone fragment from the extraction site that was causing an abscess and preventing the area from healing. This resulted in multiple additional appointments, imaging, and additional costs to total $850. I did try to discuss the situation with the doctor calmly and out of patients hearing so it could stay professional but we were not able to resolve it. I’m sharing this just to encourage people to advocate for themselves and get a second opinion if something doesn’t seem right during healing. His reasoning for not reimbursing me was that "I would have done exactly that today if you would have came in." I DID go in almost weekly to let him know I didnt feel right and I was in pain. How long was i supposed to wait the infection out? Active absess for 3 weeks. We decided to pay out of pocket for emergency care thinking maybe he was right and it wasn't his issue anymore. I just wish he would have chose to resolve this in a calm professional manner, before it got to the point I was desperate for pain relief.

Very pleased with care received. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed all at once, with no complications and surgery was very quick. Dr. Paul did a great job and I will continue to choose him for any of my family’s needs.

I had an implant installed by the surgeon or dentist and it failed I requested a refund and have not heard back from them I'm seeing another provider now because they did not do bone grafting before the implant and it failed miserably. In addition I was not told they would be using a mallet to install the post prior to it happening which was shocking. I've never experienced that before, but I should've been advised. I'm not sure why we did not graft any bone before the implant but now I'm being told and implant it's not the way to go and I want my money back. I've requested in messages to the office a refund. I'm going to contact Delta dental next. My implant failed within 10 days and I had to leave town

Be sure to confirm your appointment a few times. If not, you'll make an appointment in good faith only to arrive at the agreed time to find the appointment was canceled. Rudeness from a foreign, different culture.

I had a few teeth extracted today with Dr. Paul. Dr. Paul and his staff are the best. I was alittle nervous but they made me feel comfortable. I would recommend him to anyone that needs dental work. What a Great Dentist and Great Staff. Thank you so much

I needed four teeth extracted, but have severe anxiety of the dentist. They were very understanding, attentive and friendly.

Dr Paul is very professional and explained my options so that I could select the best direction to take for my dental care.
