This message is for the owner of the establishment. I was given a very high referral by a local doctor to see you. Bottom line, the phones are not answered at either location. I tried multiple days for a couple of days. I understand Griffin is Tuesdays and Thursdays but even on those days no one picks up. So I call the Fayetteville location. Multiple times. Multiple days in a row. No answer. If you want to leave a message, the mailbox is full and you can’t. I was forced to make an appointment elsewhere. Beside this red flag, I can only imagine if there was a situation that needed immediate attention after surgery I would be helpless. This message is to inform you of what is going on. Your referral was very high… but employees in charge of answering phones simply do not. I read other review that stated the same.

Don’t tell disabled special needs insurance isn’t accepted and charges after services are done without notification of bill or total of bill before service rendered. This is taking advantage of disabled people and is unlawful.

The best ever, during my consultation they explained everything to me, I met the doctor, my procedure was very smooth and I never had any issues afterwards.

The staff was friendly professional and my extractions were basically pain free. I healed up very quickly and nicely. I could barely tell where the teeth were pulled

Today I had 3 extractions that one of them has become interfering with me Beig Healthy and with the help of Dr Ferrara he made my issues take a new turn in being Heart Heathy, his staff and the way he runs his office show how good this team is ,so please consider this group for any Oral Surgery that you need. It was not a " planned" visit, but they were able to accommodate me very quickly to be seen. When I arrived for the first time in their office, I was greeted with much warmth. Their office was clean and the staff was extremely nice. When I was taken in the back I was greeted by the doctor who introduced himself and explained the procedure that I would be needing and the cost. I prepaid on this said price and they proceeded with the dental procedure. It was painless, quick and I was extremely pleased. Would highly recommend them.

They left me in pain. Went back for a follow-up for the pain and they caused more pain. They’re terrible with phobic patients, no care, no concern, no patience. No kindness. If you’re afraid of dentists or if you have literally any other options, don’t go here.
