Dr Randall Erik Peterson was by far ONE OF MY FAVORITE doctors I have EVER worked with in my life GREAT people skills too I wish I knew where he went??

Dr Peterson up and left no warning I had just started to go to him because Dr. Fischer retired. My last visit I was forgotten and left for 2 hours.

My father just moved from a different state and called Medicare to change his primary care provider. He was given this location Dr Robert A. Suykerbuyk and an appointment was set. My father then called a week before his appointment was supposed to be to confirm and the nurses were acting like his appointment wasnt in the system so he tried to set an appointment over the phone and they refused to. Either they dont know what theyre doing or they dont care about patients. My father called Medicare back up and they said he did have an appointment and found it odd they would say that to him so they helped him issue a formal complaint against this facility and the staff and was given a new primary care provider.

Front and back office staff are great. Dr Friedman is awesome. So happy to have him as my primary care doctor.

Cant tell of this place is open? They never answer the phone and after a hr of waiting they hang up on u. Very unprofessional

These people are rock stars. With the COVID issue they are working more hours and yet they remain upbeat prompt and courteous. I just had a COVID scare after being exposed and feeling awful and they saw me promptly tested me and prescribed something for what turned out to be a respiratory infection. Everyone there was courteous and helpful. Special props to Robin Valerie and Dr. S for their efforts. I wouldnt go to another primary card doctor.

Just awful. Impossible to get in touch with anyone when you need to. Doctors are afraid to ever do anything and make you come back a million times before taking action. Would not recommend.
