Went in to ask about a bill I got the front desk person has no clue about customer service. Her tone was very unfriendly and agressive. She telling me that my insurance did not cover I have 2 insurances she says only one in their system and they can’t go back to refile a claim. What????? The other person at the desk corrected her that she could so now she telling me my tricare is not active what???? I went on my tricare profile yes I am covered by tricare. University had no problem billing tricare.

The wait time is absolutely ridiculous Just needed physical for two of my kids. Receptionist had me pay in advance waiting 2 hrs and still havent seen a PANPDr. We should have been told this was going to take all damn day. Not okay

I wouldn’t give any stars if I could. They charged me for a copay when my insurance covered 100 percent. The second time they sent me another bill after I already paid and now they owe me 2 copays. When I called about it they stated they would contact the payroll person and of course didn’t call me back. I went in there and the girl on the phone was the same one I talked to in person was short unbothered and just ridiculous. Basically just said oh well payroll hasn’t gotten back so apparently it takes them 90 plus days to cut a refund check. My 6 year old has more face control and manners than this person Maddie.

The staff should really show some compassion. The girl sitting in her comfortable chair seemed pained from the fact she had to acknowledge I was standing there waiting to be helped. If I didn’t initiate I guess I would have still be standing there. They shouldn’t assume anything like I know what I’m supposed to do when I get there. That’s what they are there for. I left and went elsewhere wasted my time. Too sick to be treated like that. They need to do better.

Went for a covid test while symptomatic. Was prescribed steroids with no exam except a quick look in my ears?. Insurance was charged for a full doctor visit and I just got a bill for $ 40. This was after I spoke with the docs supervisor day after the test for prescribing steroids without an exam. Anything to make a buck. So disappointed. Beware covid testers. If doc says hello you will be charged.

The girls at front desk were great they allowed us to wait in the car and they called us to come into room. The wait time was 2 hours. The doctors was also very nice and good. My husband was the patient with Shingles.

The staff was absolutely wonderful and kind. The receptionist at the front desk named Crystal was BEYOND fantastic patient and well organized while trying to assist a roomful of patients checking in.
