I had my first visit with Dr. Vera Garcia today. I had been going to another doctor in Valdosta that I absolutely loved, but they did not take the new insurance I am on. I had a very positive experience with Dr. Vera and her staff. My wait time was very minimal. The office staff was extremely pleasant. Janet, her nurse, was wonderful, as was Dr. Vera. She was very thorough. She asked me a lot of questions, did a complete exam, and asked me several times if I had any other issues or questions. She did not rush at all and spent a lot of time with me. I was very pleased with my experience. I was nervous about switching doctors, but I am so thankful to have again found a caring and attentive primary physician!

I wish I could say something positive about my experience with this clinic. Well ..Samantha was very polite and helpful but when I got a call back from Mrs Garcia she asked if I had Medicare (because I am not currently insured) I answered no and she hung up in my face

The Garcia's and there staff are the most awesome people in the world. They truly care about you and your health. I'm proud to have them as my doctors. I'm honored to be associated with all the staff. Honesty,caring,respect. They are wonderful. I can't say enough. I pray I never have to be without them all.

Dr Vera was the first doctor to finally listen to my concerns after more than 18 years of searching and 23 years of pain, and I am only 37 years old. Despite seeing doctors (in the double digits, male and female) she was the ONLY one to order tests and scans done so that my issues could be diagnosed. Not long after going to see her I had major surgery to repair damage that would have only gotten continuously worse if she had not listened and helped. Not only that, she was friendly and explained EVERYTHING, most of it without me even having to ask. She is by far the best GP I have ever met. She never once made me feel like she was moving me through a conveyor line of patients and instead acted as if I was the one who mattered. If I have to wait in a line for a while for THAT kind of service? I'll do it every single time.
