Was seen quickly. The staff are professional and made me feel like I was at home, even though I was grumpy because I was very sick and nauseous and vomiting.

I took my son in today for pink eye. The nurse practitioner prescribed the wrong medication. I went home from the pharmacy with a medication that could have blinded my son had I put it in his eye.

I had a great experience at my visit today! The staff was amazing and helpful and I felt heard with all of my concerns. Even when there was a mistake at the pharmacy with my prescriptions they took their time to make sure the problem was resolved! I will definitely go back if needed!!

if I could give negative stars I would. I am a health care professional and have worked and lived in all areas of the country and this is by far the absolute worst Emergency services Unit I have ever encountered!!!!!!! the staff in the front of the house were pleasant but lord in heaven...........if they moved any slower they would move I. reverse. SIGNIFICANTLY disappointe. I hope and pray I am never truly in a life and death situation I. this town.

I really appreciate all the staff here that work so hard to get everyone the help that they need. Many don't understand the process and take their frustration out on an overburdened staff. Each time I was seen here I was treated with kindness and given the help that I needed. A little wait is worth a lot of relief!

More than 4 hours wait… Avoid at all cost… ER (which is one of the worst I have seen in the US) is better than this place. Guess what? After 5 hours, we end up seeing an NP, who tells us what we already know. SGMC is the single most important reason not to want to live in Valdosta.

Este es uno de los peores lugare que e ido con una emergencia se tomaron 4 horas para poder ver si mi hijo tenía una fractura en un dedo todos riéndose en el nursing area y perdiendo el tiempo tuve q salir dos veces para que me pudieran atender no vuelvo jamás
