They are very hard to get in contact with ! I tried calling them every other week for the last 2 MONTHS.
Dr. White is a very knowledgeable doctor. He has a very nasty attitude. He DO NOT have any people skills. You can not even ask him any questions without him responding in such a nasty way. His responses are normally arrogant or insensitive. Dr. White is set in his ways and for the sake of the people that come to the facility they just need to replace him. There is to many bad reviews on his attitude. He DO NOT know how to talk to people. He is just nasty all the time. He do not even want to speak to his patients half of the time. I just wish they could find doctors that have good people skills as well as are great doctors. You either get one or the other or none at their facilities.
Dr. White at this location is extremely inattentive and uninterested in his patients and their needs.. He does not listen and in my opinion extremely lazy. The nurses are nice, but this location is horrible and you stay there waiting hours after your appointment to be seen.
This is a great clinic customer service is great my GYN doc Ms. Dawn G. Is the best she is very respectful and cares about her patients ❤ thanks for all you do .

Great doctor
Best Service, friendly front desk am staff and Dr. White is phenomenal at what he does. Most doctor offices are very cold and unfeeling. Great place. It is like a little nook of heaven
Every time I go to this location my wait is way too long. I would set an appointment 2 months in advance and still have to wait almost 2 hours past my appointment time. Im not exaggerating either. I once had an appointment at 10am but sat in the waiting room until 12:45pm, and on top of that I waited on my doctor in my room for an additional hour. I missed all my other appointments I had that day on top of being late for work. The Riverdale location is way better, but Hampton and Atlanta location is worst than going to Grady hospital.
The communication is terrible today is Friday I have been lied to sense Monday about a prescription I need for my heart I call everyday and someone tell me I will get a FeliCas or dr whites nurse will get the message you will get a call today by this time or that time? I receive nothing I have called 4times this morning no answer and it’s 9:15 I don’t understand what’s going on this is a total mess.
My name is Derika Long. I actually really like this location. The staff is super friendly and I feel so welcomed every time I go to visit. My primary is Dr. Gervin-Isler who is phenomenal by the way. She’s so caring and I feel like my health is genuinely cared for when being treated or seen by her. I highly recommend. The wait times are sometimes just out of their control because they are so great of a facility that a lot of people go there. They make it a priority to thoroughly assist all patience. That’s something I love about them.
