Had a great experience at Piedmont Urgent Care. Made a last minute appt right before they were closing because my youngest son was complaining of his ear hurting. All of the staff were very kind. They even sang happy birthday to my son and allowed him to get extra toys since it was coming up (on Friday). They also recommended the best pharmacy based off of time so we could get his medication the same day. Very helpful and highly recommend! Also was very clean inside and offered free waters in the waiting area.

The provider (Caroline Barker) and staff (Raven, Alexis, etc) were very kind, helpful, and I felt like they actually listened. They took my concerns seriously and weren’t dismissive. They gave great advice condition and medications. They were also able to do an X-ray in the office, which is always nice, so I didn’t have to go to another location. It wasn’t crowded. They even offered water when I had a coughing fit. Overall 5 star care.

Awesome service! We were out of town on vacation and our son came down with a virus. This clinic was so good to my husband and son and were extremely accommodating! Would recommend to anyone!

Visited Piedmont Urgent Care yesterday. It was a great experience. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. They examined me quickly and had X-rays taken right away. The instructions and the Rx information was very clear. Thank you for a great service!

Good place for the random, unexpected health/body related incidents/injuries. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable staff. Clean, decent facility. A little expensive for those without insurance.

Honestly the provider I saw here was amazing. However the company has not impressed me at all… I am clear across the country from my home for work and I went in for some routine adult testing due to some symptoms and I came back positive for a communicable infection. I went in to get the simple treatment and they wanted to charge me a follow up if I came in that day (which wasn’t looking good for my schedule and their wait time) or they would charge me a whole new visit charge if I came in at any other point! I legit find that to be medically unethical. I don't mind paying for a nurses visit for coming back in for the specific treatment after the fact. I won’t pay a full cost provider visit to just say you need this shot that we talked about from when you were in getting tested. I know the treatment. I don’t need to see a provider. Especially when this is a public health type of situation. I also didn’t get a call till Tuesday night, after getting the test results in my email early Monday morning. That is really frustrating in itself. The employee on the phone was super kind and took my feedback down and they were super pleasant and said they would investigate further. They and the provider I saw and the staff I dealt with are the only reason I am at 3 stars in my review. Had the policy and company matched the service I received from these kind people I would be giving a 5 star review. Thank goodness that my PCP back in the west knows me well enough to send in a script to the pharmacy to get me treated so I don’t have to pay for a visit that I shouldn’t be charged for due to the nature of the situation/treatment. I know for a fact that had I been home with the same situation I would have paid $20 max plus medication for a nurse to administer the medication.

Going to urgent care is literally never on anyone's to do list on any day. So when you do go you ideally want fast caring support. Piedmont is that place. And I'm glad they were close by and took such amazing care of me. From front desk to intake to the person who administered my care and even the check out person. Thank you NP Bonner, Regan, Gabby and the other two ladies that took care of me on 9/29/23. Five people in all. Great stellar service. Seven stars.
