Sat in doctor's office for 2 hrs. or more. Advised that he wanted to put me on a heart monitor and ultra sign of heart to be sure because of the heart issues I complained about. Nurse came in said oh we are going to have to reschedule you for two appointments we have to check your own insurance. Seems everything is about money not about well being of patient. All I can say is Wow. What happened to all the caring people.

Dr. Poku changed the setting on my Husband's defibrillator without telling us. Because of this we no longer trust him. He also prescribed medicine 3 times a day. It is only suppose to be given twice a day. He did two ablations last years and wanted to do a third. We found the doctor we were going to before him and went back to her. She advised my Husband NOT to get the third ablation. We found out the reason his defibrillator was going off was not connected to Ventricular tachycardia. And the third ablation was unnecessary.

Doctor Poku inserted a heart monitor in me in 2009. In 2011 he implanted a heart pacemaker. I have had no problems at all with the results. Furthermore, I found Dr. Poku to be a pleasant personality with a wonderful bedside manner. I would highly recommend him because he doesn't talk down to patients like some men and women in his noble profession. His skills are obviously the highest and best available yet he acts as though he is no different than any other person. Patients have to trust him with their lives. He is most worthy of that trust.

Hours in the waiting room.Forgotten in one of the back rooms during lunch time.NO FOLLOW UP. To much overturn in staff...Heart not beating right from that checkup - to death in 5 months.Did not give new DR. all medical files.
